Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

I want to mention that honesty is everything but Erick is beyond phenomenal he is fast, and provides affordable sewer service. Erick was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He has assisted me many times he has found and repaired a sewer leak, repaired a pipe, repaired my faucet and installed my toilet quickly and cost effectively. He let us know exactly what he finds and gives us good advice that will keep everything running smoothly. We plan on using his services again in the future, and will make sure to call Erick again when we do.

Great guy who was very helpful right from the start. Was able to give us sound advice just by looking at some pics we sent him via text to diagnose the emergency we were having (city water meter failed, flooding our basement). After he helped get that taken care of, he came out later in the week to install a wifi shutoff and replace a leaky manual shutoff. Great experience and will definitely use again.

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

I would give 0 stars if at all possible Is very imperfessional not on time and got upset at the fact that he was wrong He wanted me to prove it to him I don't need to prove anything but you know what you Said you were going to do and you know what you didn't do

Initial contact with this company was good, as when we spoke over the phone I stated I needed A-scope and a recording of my pipes as well as clogged tub when contractors showed up on the 6th to take care of the work I had already had someone come out to take care of the clogged tub as to needing it done sooner he did not have the right equipment to do the scope of work and then when I proceeded to tell the contractor that Yet that he was being recorded for quality assurances when we spoke over the phone stating that's what I needed done and that's not what he was able to provide he proceed to get upset and mumble stuff I then proceeded to ask contractor to leave my house he proceeded to get upset Mind you this is all being recorded via front door camera 2 front cameras as well as multiple side cameras on the house he perceived to get upset when I told the contractor to leave my property multiple times he did not do so very unprofessional and as a business owner this is not how you conduct business in any way shape or form very unprofessional and I would think highly about using this contractor anytime in the future I would think about hiring another contractor to do any of your plumbing needs do not go with this contractor

I had a leak under the kitchen sink. He recommended replacing the pipe. He told me it would be about 1800 to 2000. When the bill came it was 3300.00. I am floored. I feelLike I just got ripped off. There is no justification for charging someone 1500 more than you quoted unless there was a serious issue. There wasn’t though. He just took his sweet time repairing it and billed me for an additional 2.5 hours of work. He quoted me 4 hours and parts… stay clear of this group and do something I didn’t do… get multiple quotes

Mark came over was very polite. Explained the cost and went right to work cleared my main line to the main. Cleaned up and we settled the bill. I will be recommending IPC to any one I come across that needs help thank you Mark and IPC PLUMBING AND DRAIN.
