Best Kitchen Faucet Installation in Denver CO

I had an exterior water pipe that broke late night. After calling other companies who wanted to charge extra money to troubleshoot the location of the broken pipe (even though I told them I know where the break was since water was shooting out about 5 feet from the hole in the pipe before turning off the water), I found Mile High Plumbing. Their rates were fair especially for an after hours emergency call.

I called and within an hour Sean came out and fixed it. He was very professional, made sure I understood what was going on, and took time to answer all my questions even though it was 20 degrees outside. Sean did a great job replacing the broken pipe, high quality work!

It's rare these days to find people who care about doing a great job and take pride in their work. Because of my experience with Sean, I will be using them for my future plumbing needs.

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

Our main drain line was backing up. They came out quick, got it cleared, gave advice on how to keep the drains clear. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely hire again for any plumbing services needed.

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!

Amazing plumbers! They came to my house and fixed a bad clog in the basement as well as replacing my sprinkler system main valve. Professional and courteous. They cleaned up after the work was done, were polite and on time and reasonably priced. Can’t recommend them enough!

Be cautious of who this company sends to your house. We needed a pipe cleared, and we got into way more than we bargained for. My parents were working in my stead while I was at work and the crooks they sent took complete advantage of them, and I'm not sure what to do next. This company was very unprofessional, scary, and intimidating, and I'll be reporting them to the BBB for predatory practices. I needed a plumber, and now I need a contractor to fix their mess. Ohh and by the way - the plumber showed up almost 5 hours after they said he would be there and was the last to know what was going on. He was embarrassed to understand what was going on, and said as much to us. Just be ware!
