My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

Responded extremely quickly, within less than 3 hours, to a rather emergent issue. Most pleasant to work with, left the area very neat and clean. Felt very comfortable working with these two gentleman. Would recommend them without hesitation!

Can't say enough good things. Eric came out in 7 degree weather to fix a pipe under my building. I even suggested he wait a day for the weather to get a little warmer but he came out and got the job done quickly and professionally. I will definitely call them next time.

Thomas is extremely professional and friendly. He is prompt, honest and very knowledgeable. We’ve had him out multiple times for plumbing repairs but this was the first time we had him help us with our AC unit. Thomas was able to pick up on a problem that went undetected by the two other companies we had used in the past!

Managed to burst a pipe and was so glad I called these guys. They came out day of, actually almost hour of & were able to replace the pipe very quickly and at a reasonable price. Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

The plumber was amazing. I called King Rooter & Plumbing to check the problem with my sump pump. The technician arrived at my home within 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and proficient in his work. He conducted a thorough examination of the problem and gave me an idea of the probable cause. He even gave me some tips to prevent such problems in the future. I highly recommend King Rooter & Plumbing if you are looking for the best plumber in Boulder, CO. These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

My main line backed up on a Friday. The lady at the office was so sweet and courteous. She promised to get a tech out on the same day. Thanks so much for not making me wait until Monday.
Then Sam came out to snake the line. I can't say enough good things about the guy. He was prompt, professional, and honest. I live in an old house. The cleanout port was inaccessible due to age. But no worries. Rather than tell me at 5 pm on Friday, that he couldn't do the job. Sam came to me and said, hey I can pull the basement toilet and run the snake from there. What a champion! He stayed late on a Friday to make sure the job got done right.
I'll never use any other plumbing company. And neither should you.

Our technician was Brandon. He arrived within one hour of placing the call for service. He was was very professional and obviously experienced at clearing blocked drains. It took him virtually no time to snake the blockage 40-60 ft down our kitchen drain and get things flowing again. He was very thorough in making sure the problem was solved before packing up and leaving. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received. If Brandon is representative of all the service men and women working for roto-rooter of Colorado Springs, then I could not recommend them more. Excellent experience!

Horrible experience with Dion. Please call someone else. They wont give you prices over the phone and then show up and way overcharge you. Quoted me at $600 hr. Do not call these scammers.

We do marijuana here, anything else they say about me is a lie. The company harassed and threatened me over text message.
