Pete and JT did an excellent job. I called in for some work and they were here in less than an hour. They fully explained everything they were going to do and gave me tips along the way. They had it fixed and wrapped up in less than an hour. They were also very careful and respectful of my house. They also took time to clean up when they were finished. Highly recommend.

Had our sewer back up into our basement. Luis cleared our line and performed a camera inspection. It was discovered our line was cracked with tree roots. Luis and his team replaced our sewer line without any problems. We were amazed how organized and professional they are. We have lived in our home for 25 years and have multiple sewer companies come to our home to clear out the sewer line when blocked. Drain and Sewer solutions have hands down beaten their competitors by far. Would recommend this team to anyone with drain or sewer problems in their homes. Can't say enough about this team. My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

I heard water leaking under the bathroom so I called Jason. He came over within the hour and had it fixed in no time! He is a life saver!! He even noticed my kitchen pipe leaking and fixed that as well, I would have never known that needed work. He does quality work for a great price and is very knowledgeable. I want to mention that honesty is everything but Erick is beyond phenomenal he is fast, and provides affordable sewer service. Erick was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He has assisted me many times he has found and repaired a sewer leak, repaired a pipe, repaired my faucet and installed my toilet quickly and cost effectively. He let us know exactly what he finds and gives us good advice that will keep everything running smoothly. We plan on using his services again in the future, and will make sure to call Erick again when we do.

True Plumbing installed a sump pump in my house a couple weeks ago because the basement kept flooding from all the rain we had been receiving. The receptionist Amy was very kind and we were able to get an estimate from Kyle the same day. We had estimates from other plumbing companies and True Plumbing was by far the most reasonable in price and the most knowledgeable (even comparing against big company names). Kyle and his crew were prompt, professional and kind. They did an amazing job! You can call other companies for estimates, but you'll end up deciding on True Plumbing because Kyle and his team know what they are talking about. You won't be disappointed with their work.
