Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

Wow - what a nice guy David is! My garbage disposal had stopped working (was humming only). I found David's name on my neighborhood app. I called and he called me right back. He talked me through how to fix it over the phone. He patiently waited as I performed each step. And ta-da!! It started working again. How great is this? Golden West was simply great. Our indirect water heater was leaking badly and they scheduled me for the next day but ended up making it out there day of, replacing the water heater and multiple other outdated pumps and incorrectly installed pieces. Andy Explained each part of the estimate and stayed past 5:45 to finish the job and walk me through each of the components and how to work the valves and temperature settings on the indirect water heater. He wasn’t rushing to get out of the house.Trustworthy, prompt, stuck to their estimate, and super friendly! Don’t know what else you could ask for. Thanks Andy and Golden West!

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
