Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

Eric is a true professional. He is knowledgeable, courteous and humble. His service fees are reasonable. I will use his services again.

Great Plumber, my husband used TCF for his biz...so when I needed the toilet replaced, I gave him a call. Very Clean and fast.

A few days after I moved into my home, the sewer backed up. I called one of the big name companies, and they tried unsuccessfully to remove the clog with a rooter. They wanted $5000 to dig up my front yard and replace the sewer pipe.

I called Around the Clog early the next morning, and someone was over 30 minutes later. He successfully cleared the clog with his rooter, charged me $100 for the job, and was on his way. Turns out the previous owners flushed rags down the toilet. Also note, the other company still charged me $150 for their unsuccessful attempt to remove the clog. I would use Around the Clog again in a heartbeat, and have recommended them to several friends.

Because they can’t service my old boiler, their only option is replacement. When I asked if they could recommend or point me to someone, they flat out refused. That’s poor service.

I was contacted by the national office of Roto-Rooter, and discussed the problem via telephone.The National representative (Pat) was extremely apologetic and professional.He refunded the account charges 100%.I've used the services of Roto-Rooter for years, and I will continue to do so.The young man showed up within the 4 hour window, and then it went downhill from there.He wanted to charge $300.00 to replace a tank-to-bowl kit.Outrageous was my response.I told the dispatcher what I wanted to have done, and he didn't show up with any parts. That's the dispatchers and management's fault!He also didn't have the right tools to do the job.That's management's fault and his.After 3 hours later, he said he was finished. I asked him if he tested the toilet for leaks. Yes, was his reply. Guess what I found! A leak on the left side of the tank.That was his fault!It was easy to find, because there was a stream of water across the bathroom floor. Instead of waiting for him to come back, I did it myself.I should be reimbursed 100%.I do give credit to the young man, because he didn't give up.

Paul, steve, Robert , and niko were so great. Very professional n friendly. My sewer line backed up into my basement n I had 2 inches of sewer on the floor. They came in n put me at ease. They took care of everything including filing with my insurance. I’d definitely use them again.

Today, I had the best possible experience with a plumber. The plumber showed there promptly, cheerfully, and extremely well-informed. He determined the problem and set to work fixing it, at least temporarily fixing my shower and toilet. He performed an excellent job, told me what to expect, and made the whole thing easy on me. I appreciate it a lot

I needed a valve replaced and found Sound Plumbing. Don't be fooled by the fact that David has only been running his business about a year or so. He is a licensed plumber and does excellent work. The valve I needed installed was in an unconventional location. It posed some challenges but David did a thorough job addressing the challenges as well as listening to me as the client and ensuring all of my concerns were addressed. I am glad that I found David and look forward to hiring him again for future plumbing needs.

These guys are solid. They have done three different projects for me: small electrical repair, roof replacement, and most recently a full basement remodel (will post pictures soon). Golden West was super responsive and got someone out here within a couple hours of my call. Andy did a great job with my boiler. He was friendly, fast, thorough, and answered all of my many questions. I would definitely use Golden West again!

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
