My tub faucet was leaking and I needed help fixing it. I got the phone number for Denver plumbing from a friend who had hired them before and was full of praises about their services. They came and replaced the faucet and only charged me a small fee. Now I know that I can always rely on them whenever I have issue in my home. I will definitely use them!

We had to call JD's out to our home again for the 3rd time in 2years. This time it was a terrible water leak.
Al, our park maintenance guy shut down our water main to prevent further damage. He allowed us to fill up on water first.
after contacting JD's Plumbing, a technician named Dave was out bright and early around 8:am and went right to work. After some trouble shooting Dave found the culprit. It was the hot water valve inside our valve box directly behind the washing machine. It had corroded and broke open causing the leak. Dave worked up the cost and gave us every discount he could knowing we were on a tight budget. After agreeing to the cost and signing the contract Dave went right to work. 2 hrs later he was done. Dave did a great job. He talked to my husband during the repairs explaining everything he was doing. When he was done he cleaned up after watching our system for about 20 minutes to make sure all issues we resolved, which they were. My husband paid Dave and he left.
I can't say enough good things about JD's and their employees. All of them from September who was office staff to Scott Visser and his partner who replaced our furnace in Jan 2021 to Adam who found a very usual problem in Nov. 2021 causing our new furnace to falter to Dave, today, who replaced the water valves behind our washing machine causing a terrible water leak.
This is a great company and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

Mark came out and relocated our gas line for our new gas stove. He was excellent. Reviewed his process - best procedure to take to change the adapter out to meet our needs. Very prompt and professiona. We would recommend him and Jim Needham Plumbing to anyone!

Cody was on time and walked me through the steps he would perform. For the next 20 minutes, I received a crash course on water heaters which was well worth the time and cost for the service performed. Todd's was easy to work with, scheduling was simple, and Cody the plumber was great. A pleasant experience from start to finish.

I had a very bad clog on my kitchen sink. I don’t have much knowledge with plumbing stuff, and was at least smart enough to know that I needed help. I called and spoke with Sharone and he gave me a good time for his services. He showed up when he told me. He was professional courteous and got the job done. He also observed that I needed other smaller items fixed that would potentially cause me trouble later. Called TIME & got an instant response, and a time frame for install the same day. The service specialist JOEL RUIZ that came to my home removed the old and installed the new water heater in a timely and neat manner. JOEL not only did an excellent job by himself, but was also very professional, friendly and considerate as well. A joy to have a service persons like him. It was very evident that he knew exactly what he was doing all the time. When I contacted your company I figured I would use you, and then move on after this install. However after meeting, observing his work and conversing with JOEL RUIZ your Service Specialist, I would highly recommend TIME PLUMBING & HEATING to others, and I would also tell them to ask for JOEL RUIZ to do the service work.
