My experience with this company was nothing more than a good experience. The company is very responsive and when they come, they come to fix the problem and to do any necessary testing and evaluating to make sure their repairs are completed thoroughly and correctly. I’ll happily give my recommendation to others.

Service itself went well. Given a quote upfront verbally, and when it came time for payment it was $1000 higher. $700 an hour seems excessive. Buyer beware.

I called Kyle in the morning and explained I needed my sewer line jetted with a scope. He was friendly and had the best price! I had already called 7 different companies all way above Kyle's price. Kyle was able to get Carlos to my home within the hour. Carlos was also a wonderful gentleman who took the time to explain everything to me and was fast and friendly. These folks were great. They got me scheduled very quickly, within a day, whereas other companies were saying it would take 2 weeks to come out. The tech was on time & very professional and easy to talk to. He performed diagnostic tests on my furnace blower and AC unit and identified the issues. I chose to do the repair work myself to save on cost, but the tech took the time to answer all my questions and give me tips on how to do the job. He was very informative and very helpful. This company was easy to work with, straight forward, and helpful.

Zach came and installed an excellent new water heater after he came out and did a yearly maintenance and recognized that our 14yr old water heater needed replacing. He came the next week, and when he carried the old water heater out to his truck the bottom fell out, demonstrating that he was correct in his recommendation.Zach was professional, personable, and provided quality service. I wanted a submeter installed so I contacted them. The tech showed up at my house for an estimate. He was very polite and soft-spoken.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Christopher's Plumbing has been an incredible asset as a first time homeowner. I couldn't ask for more helpful people or more prompt service. Over the course of a year, they have installed a hot water heater and adjusted my toilet connection, and fixed shower valve. Walt even did a quick run to the house when I had a leak in the basement (turned out to be a sewer issue), recommended a company to help and stayed to make sure I was taken care of prior to leaving. Tommy quickly fixed my shower and is always kind and professional (even as my dog attempts to help him). I always would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumbing fix big or small! I'm so grateful to have found them (and that they keep putting up with me!).

Basement drain was backing up. Very responsive. It wasn't an emergency yet and they fit me in the next day. Cleaned out the line, cleaned up my basin (didn't even have to do that) and they came back out to scope my entire line to look for any breaks. Cost $250 total and I'll use them again.

Nobody likes having to call the plumber right? WRONG. The plumber who answered my call was polite, professional, and understanding. He made it to my place within about an hour or so of my call (which was at 6:44 AM!) And was done in ten minutes. Payment was easy via Venmo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Fantastic company for all your plumbing needs who are reasonably priced. I needed some new toilets installed after my older toilets had constant problems in my home. Tony came out and inspected my toilets and arranged a date to install replacement toilets. Tony is one of the best professional plumbers I had who came out and was super quick and did a perfect job installing the new toilets. I am thrilled with how the replacement toilets are. Never called me back.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
