I first called Wesley last Spring after we had a leak into our neighbor's garage ceiling from our unit. He came the very next day, even though it was a Saturday, since we had to keep our water off until the problem was resolved. He identified the problem was a bad faucet in our bathtub and told me I could easily do it myself. He also pointed out how easy it was to remedy the running water from the toilet after flushing. In troubleshooting for the leak he uncovered other pressing issues with our plumbing. The water pressure regulator had gone bad, we had no water meter (though there was a housing for it...), and there was no expansion tank on the water heater. He fixed the pressing issues for us the same day and checked my work in the bathroom before leaving. He did good work and the price was fair. There is also a lot to say for him saving me a couple bucks by volunteering that I could fix the bathroom issues myself. I'm a first-time homeowner and he easily could have pulled a quick one on me but he did not because he is a stand-up guy.

Today was the second time I had Wesley come to the house to investigate a leak and after identifying that it was a connection on the water meter housing he again volunteered that this is an issue that should be addressed by the water company for free to me. Another opportunity for him to take advantage of my lack of knowledge on this type of thing and another example of his honest character. He even called the water company for me to give my maintenance request more weight. Thanks for the great, honest service Wesley!

The response time, outstanding customer service and professionalism of Ben and Kurt was beyond my expectations. We had a sewer blockage and they got it fixed right away and explained what happened, how to have it not happen again and showed us how our lift station operated. They took the time to check everything out to make sure we would not have another back up issue. I am incredibly happy with the service that we got and will be recommending them to my real estate clients, friends and family going forward! The service and price were incredibly. Easy to Schedule! Called because I had water coming from a sump pump and he detected a cracked pipe and took care of spigot replacement while he was there too. Fast and fair price. Have previously used and will call again.

UPDATE: We will not be using this company anymore. They seem to be jacking up the cost of repairs, their bids are so much more than others who we end up hiring. For example, Blue Sky replaced a water pump on our Evaporative Cooler a year ago for more than $700. The pump quit working this year and, because we felt ripped off by Blue Sky last year, we had another company replace the pump this year, for $335. They also told us that Blue Sky installed the wrong pump last year, which may be why it failed. We also felt huge pressure last year from the Blue Sky service guy who was trying to get us to just purchase a new EC instead of repairing our current one. We felt like he was taking advantage of us, being seniors.ORIGINAL REVIEW: We have used Blue Sky since they installed our evaporative cooler eight years ago, or so. They have always been prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We will continue to use them.

I was more than pleasantly surprised with the service I received from High 5.
Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

The business was professional and courteous from the business manager scheduling the appointment to the tech assigned to the job. Technician showed up on time and called me to discuss maintenance options. No pressure sales and talked through the best approach to the problem. The company was very aware of covid safety concerns and verified prior to scheduling that no occupants had been recently quarantined. They also wore all required covid PPE. They are amazing!!!

Higher dedication to customer service and doing the job right than I've EVER SEEN from anyone in ANY INDUSTRY. Will need to go into details here later..

We have used Tyco several times (jobs have varied from a main water leak to replacing shower heads). We have had great experiences each time. Very honest, punctual, friendly and high quality workmanship!

We had the best experience with the electrician, Chad. He came and gave us a quote very quickly, and was able to start the work when we wanted to, also quickly. It was a big project and it took a few days but he was respectful and always gave us a heads up on when he was going to be at our house. We had him do a few things that came up while he was here and was able to add more projects no problem. He even helped me move something because he saw I needed help. I would 100% tell anyone that Chad was great and next time we need anything done we will only ask for Chad. Thanks for everything!

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.

My initial experience was horrible, missed arrival time and no contact. After I reached Delta, a new technician (Andrew) was assigned, he turned out to be very good and I’m pleased with his level of professionalism and am satisfied with the work completed. Delta’s price was the best of all other competitors quotes.
