Jeremy came to our house deal with a clogged main sewer line. He took precautions to keep everything clean and identified the reason for the clog quickly. He recommended different options to fix the problem and cleared the line within an hour. I would use/recommend Hyper Flow in the future.

Cody came out right away within 2 hours of calling in to request an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He could see where the problem was coming from almost immediately and got right to work on it after accepting his estimate. He took the time to show me how to keep my pipes clean and educated me on the maintenance routines that would be necessary to avoid future issues. He answered all my questions and reassured me that he would come back out within 6 months for free if needed to address any issues with the pipes. He seriously did a great job and we plan to use Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup again for our future needs.

Over the course of many years they have done a drive way/walk replacement, house painting, gutters, hot water heater, furnace replacement, evaporative cooler, upgraded electrical service, basement escape window and more! We have had AMAZING service from James and his crew! We have called Green Plumbing several times to help us with projects ranging from small updates to a major underground service line leak and sewage line replacement. In both cases, James provided easier solutions than what other plumbers tried to convince us we needed, saving us from having to pay THOUSANDS on unnecessary work. The repairs and updates were done quickly and to the highest quality standards at very fair prices. We will call them again if needed in the future and very highly recommend them!!!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
