I was very happy with Done Plumbing from begining to completion. When we first called, she very friendly and efficient. Followed up with emails. Our appointment was scheduled for a week out. They ended up coming two days earlier. The plumber was very knowledgeable and friendly. The cost was also very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend Done!

Late night emergency with water leaking from shower upstairs to bathroom downstairs. Thomas was responsive and came within an hour or two. Quickly identified the issue and had the repairs done in no time. Price was fair and he was upfront about expenses from the start. First time using TCF but we will be using him again for future plumbing needs.

My mom had another drain cleaning company out to her house. She was told that they couldn't clear the line and that 8 feet of her main sewer line needed to be replaced (for a charge of over $5,000). I called Hyper Flow and they were able to get out to her house the same day for a second opinion. They were successful in getting the line cleared. We were completely blown away by the service provided by this company; they really went over and above for us and we greatly appreciate it. We would highly recommend this company. We had a plumbing emergency on the day before Thanksgiving and were able to schedule a scope of our main line. They also showed us what's causing the back up - and provided an estimated price to repair it. We'd love to explore this repair further and hope they're able to provide a more detailed explanation of what they're doing as well as the costs associated.

After a small schedule ing hiccup, which the receptionist was excellent at resolving, dalton came and repaired my Minisplit. He was attentive, communicated great and answered all of our questions. He was respectful of us and the space and even wiped all the finger prints off the unit when finished. The trip fee covered the cost for his time. I will use this company again in the future and would highly recommend them!

Sharone did a great job diagnosing and fixing a badly clogged toilet in Denver. He had to do quite a bit of work and different techniques to get it fixed. He is definitely a master plumber!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
