My technician was very considerate and professional. He fixed the leaky pipe and we have had no issues with leaking since then. I would have given 5 stars but was very disappointed that all communications and references from the company were directed to my husband, even though I scheduled the repair, gave my contact info and even paid the bill. I would have appreciated being acknowledged as the customer.

My AC was broken due to a short circuit last week. It was really bad this month of the year. I was unsure if someone could give us such amazing and fast service. But Prime plumbing and heating Inc. services proved my work. They came in the early morning after a single call and helped us with our issue.

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

Unfortunately this review is late…But better late than never. This company responded to our home last Fall (I cannot remember the name of the young man but my wife says he was the ultimate professional; polite, thorough and informative about his work). I have inspected the plumbing work he completed in our basement involving a leaking waterline above the hot water heater and found it to be thorough and well done. He was kind enough to provide a detailed, itemized statement, photographs, and an explanation of his work. Based on his work and my wife’s observations we would definitely use A Better Plumber again!

My hot water heater was getting ready to die. All it took was one phone call to Delta Mechanical and they took care of everything for me. Andrew, the technician they sent out, was simply awesome. He took his time and did an outstanding job. I'd highly recommend using Delta Mechanical.

Called them to work on flushing and filling my super old radiant baseboard system. They were responsive and fixed what I asked. The hourly rate is $150 with a $75 service charge. My issue took about 40 min of time with no equipment and I was charged $225 which is a bit pricey.
