We had a water pipe burst, due to freezing temperatures, in our laundry room. Thomas offered to repair the pipe on the night of the burst, but we scheduled for early the next morning. He was in touch in the morning to keep me updated on his arrival time. He was professional, and offered sound advice on how to fix the problem and some updates to our plumbing lines. We took him up on his suggestions and added 2 shutoff values to isolate our laundry room and kitchen in case this happens again. He was quick with the repairs, cleaned up when done, and did as little drywall removal as possible. Overall, we were very happy and would recommend TCF Emergency Plumbing.

Get in line early -- Doug is in high demand, for good reason. He's a pro at diagnosing and fixing problems, gives great customer service, and offered tips on how to avoid potential future problems when he made a service call to our house regarding a kitchen sink/plumbing issue. Because it wasn't an emergency, and it was a busy time of year, he couldn't get RIGHT out to see us, but he paid a call quickly and got the job done professionally.

HVAC Repair. I have used Tipping Hat previously and was not surprised by the engaging professional service I received. I thoroughly enjoyed talking 'technical stuff' with Chappie who was more than welcome to answer all my DIY questions. Thanks again.

I would highly recommend Quality Plumbing. Greg did an awesome job replacing our water heater a few months ago. He was able to come to our home, source a new unit, and install it quickly and thoroughly. He was very professional and took great care of our home in the process. We had a great experience working with him.

We had to replace our garbage disposal a couple months after and reached back out to them and Jacob was able to come quickly and replace our unit that afternoon. Our sink set up was difficult due to the install of our home's previous owner, but Jacob was able to troubleshoot and work around it to install a properly working system.

I would say the cost can be a little higher than other companies but I believe the quality of the plumbers we worked with can not be beat.

Sam fixed a leaking pipe and a leaky gas line at my house. Both times he came over he was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great repair. Would hire him again and again!

This was a rather interesting experience. I had non-emergent issues with my boiler. The guys came out, and recommended a maintenance service so they could, “go through everything and find the problem.” I hadnt had it done, so I agreed. It became clear that my unit was being used as a training exercise for a new guy. When they were done, I was assured that the leaking gauge was just a temporary fluke, the parts expand and it’s not leaking now. Weird. On top of it, they charged the expensive trip fee even though they had done a service. Better businesses dont do that, in my experience, but I’ll take the blame for not asking in advance. If I had, I’d probably have sent them away without doing any work. I started the boiler the next day, and of course it started leaking again. I called to complain, and they told me it was tough luck about the trip charge but they would generously waive the next one if they came back out again because of an issue with their work. I wasnt going back for a second burn, and I paid another company to do my repair. Caveat emptor!

We had a complete AC/Furnace performed by Swan. The installer spent two entire days at our home getting the system put in and adjusted correctly while patiently answering all of our questions. He also corrected several plumbing and venting issues as part of the job that were discovered by the initial inspector. After the installation there was a pricing discrepancy discovered and the owner (Andy) was very amicable to resolve the issue without hesitation. All in all our impression of Swan has been that they are a company that believes in doing the job right and supporting their customer. We are planning to continue using them for HVAC maintenance and future projects.

Lamar was very thorough and professional when he came out to assist us with an HVAC issue. Will definitely use this company in the future and would highly recommend. It’s nice to get an honest opinion every now and then!

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

Called them to work on flushing and filling my super old radiant baseboard system. They were responsive and fixed what I asked. The hourly rate is $150 with a $75 service charge. My issue took about 40 min of time with no equipment and I was charged $225 which is a bit pricey.
