Very efficient affordable and friendly service. I called around to multiple places and was quoted nearly double for the hot water heater replacement. Definitely recommend this company!

I had a sewer line break and Luis came out right away to get me an estimate. He was very thorough and communicative. The crew did a really good job of completing the work. It took them 2 days to replace my entire line from the exterior of my home all the way to the street connection. I would definitely use them again as not only do they do great work but their prices are very reasonable.

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

I heard water leaking under the bathroom so I called Jason. He came over within the hour and had it fixed in no time! He is a life saver!! He even noticed my kitchen pipe leaking and fixed that as well, I would have never known that needed work. He does quality work for a great price and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Park hill plumbers did a great job! I called for a emergency pipe break where my basement was flooding and Sean came and gave me a free estimate and did the repairs the same day! he was reasonable and did a great job no more problems or leaks! i also referred him to my neighbor john where he installed a nice shower faucet! And he was also very pleased with his customer service and repairs!

Get in line early -- Doug is in high demand, for good reason. He's a pro at diagnosing and fixing problems, gives great customer service, and offered tips on how to avoid potential future problems when he made a service call to our house regarding a kitchen sink/plumbing issue. Because it wasn't an emergency, and it was a busy time of year, he couldn't get RIGHT out to see us, but he paid a call quickly and got the job done professionally.

I was very impressed with the your service Good old fashioned service. Ricky embodied that slogan completely. He was personable. Thorough and was comfortable to work with. He took the time to show me what he was doing, explained to me what he was going to do before he did it, and then showed me the finished product. It looks great and I hope that it will not need your attention again soon. This was the best experience I ever had with plumbing. Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Gustavo and Augie from Elite Rooter came out to my apartment to service my garbage disposal recall. He was fast and efficient and very polite. Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
