I called Mile High at 12:30pm today with a leaky/inoperable hot water heater. Matt was at my house by 1:00pm on a Saturday. He diagnosed the need for a replacement and was off to retrieve the new unti immidiately. He returned with the heater and a helper (Malcom)- both gentlemen were proffesional and efficient. By 5:15pm my new unit was installed and working. The price never changed from qoute to writting the check (very fair) I cross referenced the material cost of the new heater.

Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

I want to mention that honesty is everything but Erick is beyond phenomenal he is fast, and provides affordable sewer service. Erick was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He has assisted me many times he has found and repaired a sewer leak, repaired a pipe, repaired my faucet and installed my toilet quickly and cost effectively. He let us know exactly what he finds and gives us good advice that will keep everything running smoothly. We plan on using his services again in the future, and will make sure to call Erick again when we do.

Such a great team: Kyle Taylor, Remington Bailey, Landon McGill, Romeo Sandoval, Joe Eckert, and John Slobodzian made up the amazing team that came out to install a new furnace and central air unit. We spent the day together. I cannot express my gratefulness for this team. They worked so hard and was very kind and extremely professional. One of the young gentlemen had to work in our crawl space during a rain storm. There were no complaints the finished product is amazing and they cleaned everything up to the point it did not look anything was done. I recommend this team they really were great to work with. Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Mark came over was very polite. Explained the cost and went right to work cleared my main line to the main. Cleaned up and we settled the bill. I will be recommending IPC to any one I come across that needs help thank you Mark and IPC PLUMBING AND DRAIN.
