I called to have them check why my water isn’t hot at 11am. Sean came over at 12pm and checked out all of the connections and the water heater itself. After educating me on water heaters, I’ve decided to replace my 10 year, 40 gallon, old water heater. I went with a 50 gallon, Rheem water heater with 12yr warranty. He had to disconnect some pipes to get the old one out. He installed the new unit by 4pm. He also did some testing to make sure there were no leaks when he reconnected everything back up.

Kyle saved us thousands by properly & efficiently diagnosing and removing what turned out to be roots clogging our main line. Another company failed to remove all of the roots and then tried to convince us that the line needed to be dug up in order to clear it. My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!

My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

We were able to get 0% financing for 72 months and Tipping Hat handled all of the incentives with Xcel energy (5600!) directly so we didn’t have to. I was immediately approved for financing and they came out the next morning after we approved the quote. Zach J., Tommy K., Drilon D., Bert G., Kyle L., John S., and Joe E. were very professional, kind, and considerate and did the full install in one day. They checked in with us on every step and made sure we understood what was done and how to use the new equipment. They even went out of their way to make sure the pipes outside didn’t disrupt the backyard living space. Our work was completed a few days ago and I think I can safely say everything went exceedingly well. We had a very unfortunate leak in our main water service line and our house is quite old with some (likely) original piping, making our job pretty complex. No other companies really offered a solution that seemed reasonable, besides Hyper Flow. I had several plumbers out to give ideas and quotes (anyone with good reviews!). Kyle was also one of the few who seemed to simply provide information and didn't seem like he was trying to scare us into spending more money or doing more work. Kyle provided great explanations of what would happen, what our options were, why other options weren't feasible, and answered questions really clearly. I felt like I was in good hands, as you could see how methodical and organized he was in his approach. We had some scuffs on our walls, etc after the work was complete but our living room was jackhammered through and basically a construction zone, so I'm not sure that could've been avoided. They also worked on our house for about 12 hours to have everything complete in one day, which I feel like was really an extra step, instead of coming back a second day. I feel pretty thrilled to have found a reliable plumber. I will definitely recommend to others and contact them first for anything else we need.

I've been glad to be a customer of Horizon since December 2010, when I noticed a leak in my water heater. I've been on their monthly maintenance plan ever since--they proactively contact me twice a year for my AC and heater checks before the summer and winter. The technicians are always pleasant and professional, and they are careful in my home--always putting covers on their shoes each time they are in my home. I also enjoy working with the office team who help me quickly, efficiently, and plesantly.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
