We have used Green Plumbing Solutions twice now for various kitchen leaks. Talked to James both times and he got us set up same day. Ryan came out both times and definitely knows what he is doing! He not only fixed the issues but gave me information on how my reverse osmosis system works and helped me find the exact part I needed on Amazon. I have stored these guys number in my phone and will call them in a heartbeat for any future plumbing issues. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Horrible service. Left my bathroom dirty, didn't review the work with me, the service person just disappeared. They left the water pressure too low and after a month of several contacts, finally returned. When I asked what the water pressure level was the tech replied, I don't know, I don't have a water pressure gauge A plumber who doesn't have a water pressure gauge wants me to guess what water pressure is sufficient?! Follow up to management was useless. I'll pay the bill, but will never use Tony Capra Plumbing again

I'm not sure if my experience with Adams Plumbing is over yet, but it is a great experience. A 3/4 gate valve started leaking at the stem when I got home from a vacation and turned the water back on. I believed it needed to be replaced. After calling Wes he informed me he'd love to do the work but that it was a very busy day. It's hard being one of the best in town and demand exceeding hours of the day.

Wes gave me call after we exchanged pictures of the valve, instructed me on how to take the pressure nut off and brush off the corrosion that had formed, and then reseat the nut. As of this point he has made it where I can turn my water on with no leak whatsoever, for $0.

I'm very impressed by his customer service and knowledge. I may still want my valve replaced, and he would definitely be the one I'd want doing the work, but for now we don't have to be as worried about getting it done same day. Thank you Wes.

We found Flow-Rite through homeadvisor and have used them for years because they're genuine, kind, honest people and have always given us a great price for fantastic work. They deserve more than they charge for their integrity alone! Ruben (the owner) is always available and quick to help--even when we had a leaky ceiling in the early hours of the morning. Rob has taken care of us several times when we've needed drain cleaning--and has taught us how to take care of our drains to avoid future clogs (don't use powdered dishsoap with our hard water bc it causes buildup, and use green gobbler in our kitchen about every 6 months-1year to keep things flowing). He's educating us out of a job, haha! Ruben personally took the time to chat with me and give me his honest advice when we needed a water heater. He gave me the best estimate out of two other companies, answered all of my questions, answered some that I didn't even know to ask, and even a great Cuban restaurant recommendation! Eddie and Juan replaced my water heater in an hour and were super sweet. Eddie even saved me $20 on a drain when he pointed out how unlikely it was that we would need it with the drain inches away from the heater. It's one thing to find a solid company that does great work, and another to find good people that you can trust--and I believe I've found both at Flow-Rite!

Highly reccommend! This was my first time calling a plumber and I needed one immediately for an emergency with basement flooding and contamination.Brad, D, and Jose are all very professional, friendly and quick to fix. They came same day and Brad spent all day fixing the problem but also using their industry tools to find out WHY my house line backed up. We found out more bad news than we wanted to hear but it was a bigger problem that needed to be fixed and I feel like if I hired a neighborhood plumber, he would have just unclogged the pipe and left, leaving this to happen yet again. My basement was flooded so ROTO-ROOTER also provides a water restoration team to clean up the mess. Thank goodness! Jose and his team were at my house that same night cleaning my basement and disinfecting. Life savers. Their knowledge and quick responses made me feel like I can trust them to do the job right.

He is VERY fair in his pricing and EXCEPTIONAL in his work, communication and professionalism. We have used Jeff multiple times over the years and every time we are sooooo happy and feel blessed to have found someone in today's world we can depend on and TRUST!! We had an unexpected leak in our kitchen and Chris was on it! He and his team located and fixed the leak quickly which saved our kitchen from having any real damage. We're very grateful!

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
