Sean showed up within a day of contacting him and fixed the issue with our water heater. We are trying to sell our home and this was the last thing we needed to worry about. Very courteous and he left everything nice and neat. Thank you so much.

We had a complete sump pump failure and ended up with 8-10 inches of water in our crawlspace. Malcom and Sean from Mile High Plumbing came in to handle this emergency-- from pumping out the standing water, to reconfiguring our sump pump system, to ensuring that the drainage was aligned properly, they did it all. Their driver on e470 this morning at 8am Friday March 25, 2022. Driving a box truck was weaving lanes going at least 90 almost ran myself and every other car around off the road. Then proceeded to lane block people trying to pass him. Reckless and angry. Great representation of your company👍

We Had our sewer line replaced by them, about 40 feet . They Did a professional job and completed everything in a day. Reasonable pricing compared to some of the quotes we got. Recemended to a neighbor and they were also very pleased with thier work .

Nick was quick to respond and arrived when said he would. Work was done professionally and efficiently, and took time to show me a few specific things during the job. He was super conscientious about being in our home, probably more so than any other service person we've ever had. Thanks Nick!

The customer service is good, but I was charged for issues that were not addressable. I had slow draining issue in showers, the professionals assessed and realised it was due to small pipes in the old house, floor slope issue etc - but I still got charged about $230+ for “unclogging” these two showers - which I feel was unfair. I did have real clogging issue in the kitchen sink and one other bathroom, which was efficiently addressed by their team. But I feel 900$ for unclogging 1 kitchen sink, and 3 shower drains are a little too pricey (2/3 showers did not even needed professional unclogging for the issue i had). So a little disappointed. Last month, my bathroom pipes were leaking badly, due to which the walls started cracking. I was really worried about the cracks. I called prime plumbing Inc. services and told them my issue. I was amazed by their fast services. They arrived within 2 hours and completed the whole work before night. After that, they called me two times this week to ask if there was any issue with the cracks. I never knew I could get such amazing after-service in Westminster.

I’m a designer who hired this company to disconnect a sink and faucet for new countertops and then to reconnect the new sink and faucet. Our regular plumber was unavailable so we reached out to True. I was told that they would charge $74 for the visit and $45 for diagnostic that would be applied to the final charge if we used them. Our clients are and elderly couple. The plumber came and was so incredibly rude to them and to me. He quoted them $1375.00 to do a very rudimentary plumbing task. The sink was disconnected and we were scheduled for him to return 24hours later, after the counters were installed and the sink was dry. He told our client that he wasn’t coming back until Thursday. I called him and he was again, the rudest person Ive ever talked to. I convinced him to come back Tuesday so they wouldn’t be without water for 3 days. He came on Tuesday and said the brand new faucet wasn’t working and that he will charge them to come back ($180). WORST PLUMBER EVER!!! Do not use this company

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

WE where selling our house and the buyer ask for a scope of the sewer line. The scope showed we had roots pushing apart the joints. The came and fixed the sewer in and we were able to complete the sale of the house. They were professional and efficient.

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
