The company is very responsive and when they come, they come to fix the problem and to do any necessary testing and evaluating to make sure their repairs are completed thoroughly and correctly. I was so happy to be connected to this company!! I was previously told by another plumbing company that I needed to replace my entire sewer line. I thought something was fishy so I had Better Plumbing come to inspect the lines. The $135 fee was more than worth it. The technician did a camera view of the line and there were NO cracks and breaks that the other company (Plumbline) said were there. Plumbline quoted me over $12,000!! So, to say the $135 was worth it is quite the understatement. All the technicians from Better Plumbing were more than nice and informational. They gave me 2 camera pictures of my lines immediately. Something the original company never did. Don't be taken advantage of!! Get this second opinion. There are companies out there that will do anything to get your money. I had my lines Hydro Flushed through Better Plumbing and my lines are next to new. This all cost me $635!! They also wrote a statement that there is nothing wrong with my lines. Plumbline tried to scare me to get this done immediately or my sewer would overflow..... Unbelievable! Watch out for wolves.....

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

We had Ruben and his team, Kat and Juan install drain, sump pump and snake a drain for us. They did a fantastic job and the pricing was fair. You could instantly tell that the Ruben and his team are knowledgeable and I will be calling on them again for future plumbing issues.

Couldn’t be happier I called IIya to fix a reoccurring drain issue with our kitchen sink. He made it out with a few hours and had the problem was fixed within the hour. Like the other reviews before me mentioned, he takes pride in his work, is a pleasure to work with and charges a fair amount. I will be using IIya for all of our future plumbing needs.

They did excellent work, said would be done in 3 hours and were. I would use them again and recommend them.

I called and Sammy came out and diagnosed my water heater with a faulty, I am going to call it a control box. My water heater is under warranty still, so he started the process to have it fixed. Vaughn and Nick came out 3 days later. The got the part on Friday came on Monday. To repair the water heater. All the employees that I have been in contact with at Spartan are amazing.

Plumber has been great, very professional and polite. He replaced my water heater and did a great job. They came out on the same day I called, unlike the last company I called, and I got a better quote and better service. I will be using them again next time.

We have now had O'Conner Plumbing do two jobs for us and I can't say enough how nice, professional and reliable they are. Their prices are also very reasonable which doesn't happen often when looking for a plumber.

I used this company last year. Was happy with their service. I had another leak in my basement this year. So glad I called the same company. Everything got fixed in a timely matter with great professionalism. Will definitely use them again in the future when needed.
