The tech arrived very quickly. I had only called 45 minutes prior, and the customer service rep said they could have someone there within the hour. He was personable sand professional. He explained given there was no access to the drain for the toilet other than through the toilet, it would have to be removed. This raised the priced considerably, nearly 4 times what it would been without it having to be removed. I don't think this was out of line with the industry standards, I just think the industry standards are a bit out of line. He put the toilet back in place and cleaned up after himself. The tech performed his job very well, I only wish it hadn't cost nearly $400.

The plumber was amazing! He was super friendly, professional and genuinely a nice person! He listened to our concerns and made every effort to finish the drain cleaning. He crushed it and is truly a huge asset to this company.

Saw your ad on TV & decided to try you. Your service man that you sent out was Wyatt. He was so polite & told us everything we needed to know about our kitchen sink. Explained everything. Hope all of your service people are half as good as Wyatt. He was wonderful and we give him a A+. Also the charge was $93 with no surprises. That was GREAT! We will recommend you to everyone.. I called in the evening on an emergency situation were a clog drain was backing up all the water in the house, He came out and took care of the problem very professionally and very quick their response time was incredible I would highly recommend them to my friends great job.
