Shawn came over to do some work at a condo we are renovating. Initially we thought it was gonna be an easy fix. However, everything went downhill from there. Shawn spent 2 days at my place making sure everything was fixed and in working order with great attention to detail for a very reasonable price. Thank you again Shawn.

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

Thomas is great! He was very patient and understanding in dealing with me and my issue. And willing to come help me on short notice. He even took the time to help me understand the repair and how I might resolve a similar issue in the future, as I was interested. He is very personable and polite, and it's clear that he genuinely enjoys helping people out. Can't say enough good things.

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.

They are just awful, I filed a BBB complaint because of it. First, they de-winterized a house for me and burst a pipe because they sent a technician that didn't know how to do it properly. While the water was flooding my house he took his sweet time to mosey on down to the basement and turn it off. 3 of my 1st floor rooms were flooded. The technician got very snippy when I asked him to document the damage, so that I could hold them liable if anythingwas permanent. Then he said the earliest he could come in was at 7:30 on Monday (2 days away) I broke my neck to get myself and my twin boys out to our house only to have to call at 7:45 because the technician still wasn't there. The woman that answered the phone said that there is no way that the technician told me 7:30 because they wouldn't be there until 9 or 10! She then called me a liar.....

All in all, save your money and time and skip this company.

Horizon Services comes to our house, twice yearly, to do a routine maintenance/check up on our furnace. Recently, Reese was here, doing that service for us, and while checking out our furnace, discovered several leaks in our flue. They were in an area that was hidden and not easily seen, so we hadn't noticed them. When he pointed it out to me, I immediately gave my approval to have it all replaced! Thankfully, he did such a thorough and professional job for us as it could have resulted in a carbon monoxide leak in our house with disastrous results!
