My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

My AC was broken due to a short circuit last week. It was really bad this month of the year. I was unsure if someone could give us such amazing and fast service. But Prime plumbing and heating Inc. services proved my work. They came in the early morning after a single call and helped us with our issue.

Definitely pleased that I had Alex replace the water heater in my townhouse. I read all the reviews online on Yelp and Google and had 5 estimates for the project. Alex was about $100 over the lower bids but it’s completely worth it for the piece of mind from having a true master plumber.

He’s very honest and trustworthy, keeps his word and makes the process go quickly and efficiently. The work product is excellent and he is spot on in his knowledge of the options and best choices for circumstances. Mind you he and his crew had to dig a two foot deep hole in my crawl space.

I’ll be using Alex for all my plumbing needs in the future and have already recommended to friends! Great work and great people!! Thanks WHE!!!

Kenny was great, knowledgable, explained things well, and finished the job very quickly!
They come to the home to quote without charge if you decide to go elsewhere. Their estimate was right around what I was expecting to pay, even a little cheaper than other quotes i received.
They even were able to give me a quote and options for a future project I am wanting to do.

There was a little bit of miscommunication on appointment timing at first, but rescheduled for first in the morning and had no problems :)

I also appreciated the person who called me to confirm the appointment. She was bubbly and kind. I will certainly use this business and highly recommend them. Awful. We bought a Heat Pump in 2006. We have had to have it serviced 3 times this summer and fall. We get sent from the Denver Office to Ft. Collins. We get told we have to call the other office for service and nobody will call us back. The tech this summer did not know what he was doing with the heat pump. Said he would call back that day to replace an expensive valve (not knowing it was under warranty). I called and asked to speak with the owner, Tim Swan. I got his voicemail. I left a detailed message about being charged a trip fee of $50 for something under warranty. He called his tech back standing right in front of me , but has not returned my call in 6 days.Since this call he continues to send a Ft. Collins tech even though we are in Denver's service region. When we have called to address the issue of where we live and what we are asking for which is the same tech who serviced our unit, all we get is the lip service of we will take care of you'. To the tune of trip charges, DO NOT USE! Once our warranty is up, we will use a more reputable company.

Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

I am the happiest person on earth right now!!! My toilet had broken and there was backflow. I was confused when I got home so I tried my luck with Denver Plumbing Consultant. There is nothing better than plumbers showing up at your door within minutes to save the day. They were very friendly and assured me everything was going to be fixed. They did an amazing job and I can’t thank them enough. I recommend them!!!

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!
