Worst service ever. They gave me a quote over the phone for a very standard job(replacing a kitchen sink), but when the plumber came he said it would cost much more than the quote given. After that, he explained that if he damages my countertop this would not be his responsibility. I called the office to clarify the situation and the clerk transferred me to a voice mail and stopped answering my phone calls…

They were able to come out same day. Tech worked until he figured out the issue and offered camera scope next day to make sure pipes are clear or find what caused issue. Very polite and helpful.

I had a great experience with Dominique and Trace from Blue Sky Plumbing. They came in and diagnosed the problem, gave me options, and because I needed a new toilet they came back the next day and were very professional and speedy in replacing the old one. Left the place cleaner than they found it! I will definitely call Blue Sky again, and would recommend them to anyone!

Golden West Plumbing is an outstanding company! Came out quickly to assess our sewer line break. Helped us understand the repair process, costs and contacted a restoration company for us, as well. Assisted with starting our insurance claim too. In a totally overwhelming situation, Golden West was like family, helping us through a difficult situation. Highly recommend. We woke up to the sound of water running and quickly found out that our water heater had blown. I was recommended Simpson Water Heater Repair from a neighbor. Given we are in the middle of pandemic, I was not expecting to be able to get anything done in the same day. Not only did they say they could do it, they were at my home with a new water heater in a matter of hours. They did an excellent job and had us back up and running very quickly!

Very knowledgeable and courteous technicians. They walked me through potential issues and different options for repair / replacement of my 19 year old furnace. What really stood out to me is the service guarantees that they actually stand by. They say that they will leave your home looking as good as it did when they stepped foot inside - in our experience, unfortunately they scraped up the wall when removing the existing heating unit, and also left damage on the water heater. They made sure to make it right by bringing out a drywall repair man at no cost and also replaced our water heater at no cost. I understand that issues come up on job sites and am so appreciative of a company that stands by the promises they make in the sales process. This, in combination with their contributions to the All-Stars Club non-profit and their being a local business makes me feel great about working with Doctor Fix It today and in the future.

I started up my sprinkler system last weekend and what a mess. I called around to get the broken pipes fixed and the charges were ridiculous. I them got a hold of Jeff at Time Plumbing. He came out the same day and fixed the pipes for what I thought was more than responsible. I'd recommend these folks for all your plumbing needs..
