Best Electrical Inspection in Denver CO

Our a/c stopped working late in the day on Thursday. I was referred to Done from a neighbor who told me he has had Jamey work on his house and other family and friend's houses. The dispatcher on Thursday evening was very helpful. The best thing was there were several open time slots for the very next day. Jamey was prompt and polite. He explained everything in detail and in a language that I could understand. He did not try to sell us things we did not need. Gave us his honest opinion. He was upfront with pricing with the repair we needed and for future replacement of our a/c and furnace. He sat down with us at the end of his visit and reviewed his notes with us. We will be calling Jamey for ANY heating and plumbing needs from now on!

The plumber who showed up today was very professional. He switched out a leaky faucet, fixed a running toilet, and gave us a quote for a (serious) drainage problem outside of our house. He was focused and professional throughout. We highly recommend Denver Plumbing.

Responsive and quickly repaired the pump attached to our dishwasher. This was the third company I had come look at our leak and they were able to get to us quickly and install the new pump the next morning. Techs were kind, professional and communicated very well - we will be using them again.

Really horrible company. The workers will lie to you to get you to pay...and then not come back. Don't use them for anything!!!! The owner is rude and mean.....they also charge you three times what others would...do your research first!!!!!

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

We called Charlie really late one night and he showed up in less than an hour! He assessed the water heater and gave us different scenarios he would take to fix it! He and his son are very knowledgeable and fair! He kept in touch to make sure we had hot water. If something was wrong, he came the next day! Thank you so much for your flexibility and time spent to ensure our family had hot water!!

Dr. Fix It sent Eli to fix the leak that was dripping from our basement doorframe that we thought was happening when we ran the kitchen faucet. Eli quickly diagnosed that the water supply valve behind our non-ice maker refrigerator was the likely problem. It wasn’t shut off tightly enough. He cranked the handle down and the steady drip was gone. He also told us that a simple 1/4 inch thread cap and washer from Ace Hardware tightened on the stem would add double protection. An easy fix and no charge. Thanks Dr. Fix It. We’ll also be getting the maintenance plan he explained, as it’s the best one we’ve come across anywhere.

My hot water heater broke over the weekend. I called Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric. They sent a service tech sooner then they estimated. Anthony was amazing! He was very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The job was done perfectly in no time! Anyhow I realized that my pilot light had gone off on my furnace when he shut off the gas. My furnace is ancient and I did not want to damage anything. I called him back and he drove all the way from Littleton in a snowstorm, back to my house in Denver just to turn it on for me. Now that's dedication! I highly recommend Anthony M!!
