Done Plumbing and Heating came out to repair a gas line leak for me. They were punctual and courteous for the estimate and repair appointments. I appreciate that they were willing to answer all of my questions and that they didn't pressure me one way or another. They were thorough and did an amazing job with the repair. And their price beat my other estimate by $300!

Bruce from AAARK came to my house to work on the bath tub diverter. He did all he could to fix the existing tub spout, but it was to old and damaged . He and his co-worker Travis were both professional and polite. They stayed beyond 5 pm to get the work done. They were up front with my price options and at no time made me feel as if I was being taken advantage of. I have used this company before for other work and have never had a bad experience.

My name is Randy Jacobs. We just had our swamp cooler serviced for the warm months. I was extremely happy with the work of our technician Manny Arteaga. He and his assistant got up onto the high roof, cleaned the unit, replaced an important part, and cheerfully reviewed how best to use the evaporative cooler. This was one of several great experiences we have had using Golden West! I believe their price was fair. I highly recommend them!

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Loveed their work and personality! My water heater stopped working on a Sunday and late in the afternoon at that🙄 of course I called a couple of companies provided by google and weren't even trying to help much less come out here. Luckily I found Simpson Water Heater Repair!! Not only were they very responsive but was willing to help me right away. Him and his son showed up within the hour of speaking with him. They were almost in and out they had me up and running in no time! Like Magic! Very reasonable price and honest! Im definitely saving his number and recommending him to friends and family! 💯

I had the best experience with Scott Jay and Brandon. Each person was extremely friendly and informative. They even put up with my husband’s annoying jokes! Would not hesitate to call on Dr. fix it for my next problem.

Justin J. took care of me and my tenant. I live out of state and Justin took care of the place as if it were his own. He made calls to the energy company, worked with them to figure out was was wrong and relayed all info to me. I hired 3 other companies that all failed. Justin was the only one able to do it.
