Jack and Teddy came out to inspect a furnace that I thought was making a slight burning dust smell when cycling. Inspected furnace quickly and did some maintenance. Appreciated the fact they did not try to sell me on something I did not need. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I was able to schedule and get someone out to do the work within 24 hours. Our plumber was very professional, friendly and informative. He explained each step of the process and what the repair would require. He was a pleasure to work with!

I never leave bad reviews because I own a business. However, they were horrible! I don’t know how they have so many stars. What happened was our furnace stopped working. We had person after person come out. Finally one guy came and told us we needed a new furnace for 16k. Mind you the furnace is only 1,5 years old. He then said ok 2k and I’ll get it working. We agreed. Furnace worked.Then, we called the people who installed it. They came out and said it was a simple sensor problem, which would have been a trip call. He also said they work on commission, which is why they ripped us off. Now the warranty is voided. That part is our fault because we didn’t know there was a warranty on it.I called several times to get this resolved, I was ignored. I guess they want to go to court for fraud. Awful service.

Denver Plumbing are just the best. Great service and very quick too. I have used them about 10 times for plumbing problems at my house. Their plumbers are always on time. They are very friendly and I know I can always count on them. I strongly encourage anyone to use them.

James and his team came to replace a boiler for us. They did a phenomenal job and remedied a good amount of the previous owner’s DIY plumbing that was causing additional safety hazards. The team was knowledgable, professional and quick. Thank you!

My experience with Golden West was phenomenal from a-z. I called on a Sunday about my ac being broken and was told I could have someone come out the same day...I was pleasantly surprised! I expected them to say way later in week. Andy Heinz came out the next day and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He knew almost immediately what was wrong after running a few tests and was super efficient, even after having to run up and down my 3 flights of stairs in 85 degrees 6x times (if that’s not service I’m not sure what is). He even helped fix a piece on my water heater that had been broken for years and was causing a leak. The price was extremely reasonable for the level of diligence that was performed. I was also impressed by how highly Andy spoke of the company and enjoyed working there; assured me that every service from Golden West would be just as good. I am now a customer of Golden West for life and highly recommend!

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

After Charlie replaced our water heater situation he mentioned that he was going to send an invoice. I followed up with him the next day regarding the invoice and letting him know that the water pressure in the bathroom was not working properly. Charlie just asked what name it should be under and didn’t respond to the water pressure issue. Two more days passed.. still no response, the grand total was reasonable but the customer service is not great.

So responsive and willing to help in a time of an emergency. The lovely lady who answers the phone is always friendly.
