Jason arrived on time, reviewed the installation with me, and began immediately. He also gave me a cost estimate at that time. He worked quickly and efficiently, getting the job done in the time frame expected. Then he checked his work for leaks and to make sure that both faucets and the new disposal were working properly. All in all, an excellent job delivered in a professional, but very friendly manner.

The plume who came out was friendly and professional. He did a wonderful job cleaning out our kitchen drain and even gave me some helpful hints on what to look for in the future. He also did a marvelous job with the clean up. I can wholeheartedly recommend having them clean out your kitchen drain.

Carlos, the HVAC tech, was super professional, very respectful, friendly and courteous. He was on time and worked efficiently to dissect the issue we were having with one of our furnaces. I called Charlie to replace a tankless water heater. He came out and took a look at it. He was really professional and offered a few suggestions and even offered a discount for being a local customer and extended warranty on his labor. We shook hands and I awaited his proposal. After promoting him twice, I finally got an estimate. I had questions about it and his credentials, which I texted him about. I got absolutely no answer. So, I texted him again. Again no response. So, now I have Hot Water Now in my basement replacing the water heater; they were a bit more expensive, but they responded when Charlie did not. I was really hoping to use a local father/son team instead of a larger company, but I can't wait around with no hot water until he decides to get back to me. FYI, Hot Water Now is very good, very prompt service; they were scheduled for Tuesday but showed up a day early! Awesome service from them. Sorry, Charlie; we just couldn't wait for you to get around to do it. Answer your texts from future customers. I gave two stars for the initial visit, was looking forward to giving five stars, but he didn't get back to me at all.

In the past 2 weeks we have had our garbage disposal, A/C, and electrical outlets all go out!! We called and used Dr. Fix-It for both. Shane M. (for AC), Steve (plumbing/Garbage Disposal), and Terry T (electrical) were wonderful. They explained then solved the issues, were very personable and worked hard and efficiently. We were extremely happy with the service provided and will continue to use Dr. Fix-It in the future. Thank you for the outstanding service Shane, Steve & Terry!...It also didm't hurt that Terry is also a die-hard MN Vikings fan!!!!

Had a backup on a weekend. After calling several well known ( read top of the Google search companies who pay for ratings) I found a reference to Time. Whereas the other companies jacked me around and couldn't come until the next day or even Monday, Time promised me same day...and Anthony arrived early!. He is personable, efficient and quickly augmented the drain. I recommend this company highly ( and I am sure I'll need them again soon...the house is 50 yrs old). He didn't try and upsell.
