I was shocked by the price for the service or the lack thereof completed. The technician took his time to identify the problem, and just as he “believes to have found the issue” he states it will cost $200 more dollars to run and get the part from Home Depot or for the 35 minutes he has been at our home, we could just pay $400 and fix it ourselves. Complete disaster and disappointment. Never use this company!

Dave replaced a water pressure reducer valve for me that was causing water hammer issues. He was on time and professional (wore a mask which I appreciated). He first attempted to adjust the valve to avoid replacing it, but then we learned it did require replacement. He took care of the replacement in about 30 minutes and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.

Manny and Luis were great to work with when winterizing our evaporative cooler. Manny is very professional and informative about the whole process and it was great that Luis had set up the cooler in the Spring and remembered specifics that helped make the job go faster!
