We had a new dishwasher installed, the installer mentioned that we had a leaky drain pipe and should have it replaced before we ran the dishwasher. I called Adams Plumbing and talked to Wes. He had me send photos and said he could be out that afternoon. He showed up at the scheduled time, explained several options to fix the leak, and the benefits/cost of each option. He went above and beyond to fix the leak. He explained everything he was doing, he was quick, and the price was very reasonable. We'll definitely keep using Wes and Adams Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn’t do zero, worst experience I had with a company that claims to be professional. Called about 7 times to reach a manager to address my complaint and when finally got a hold of him he said they would mail me my money back in 7 days well it’s been over a month. Honestly stay away

Ryan (0547) worked very hard for us at Ski Country Antiques and Home. We have aging sewer pipes and they needed a good flushing. Ryan was exceptional and I really appreciate his hard work. He took his time to do it correctly. He used his camera to see if he found the source of the problem and then he went after the problem area. I 100% trust these guys and will never call a different plumber for as long as I live. My first call to them was for a leaky pipe that I had cheaply patched. They took a look and told me some not great news which was to save my money up because I'm going to need to replace all of the pipes in my house, and soon. I called them up about 4 months later ready to take on the project. Adam remembered me after just a few details and came out the next day, gave me my estimate, and started the project 2 days later. They were considerate of my work schedule and on top of all of our requests. They installed a new toilet for me during the project and added a water line to my fridge, both without any extra charge. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had direct communication with the team and timely updates from them throughout the project. Its obvious these guys are experts and I'm so glad to have them as a resource. I'm very impressed and pleased. Plus, you couldn't meet a friendlier group of individuals. They're responsive, professional and courteous. Don't even think about calling a different plumber, trust me.
