Recently our furnace wasn't working during the first cold snap of the season. We've had it looked at previously by another company but I was hesitant to believe them that our heat exchanger was cracked as that's a common ploy to sell furnaces (and it worked well with no emission issues for a couple of years after that).Swan sent us Drilan. He SHOWED me the crack in our heat exchanger using a little camera. He explained how all the parts work, why we were seeing the symptoms we were, the technical documents about it, etc. He never once spoke down to me which is so refreshing. He helped us get financed for what we needed. He sat at my kitchen table for at least an hour hashing through all the possible scenarios and prices to get us the most that we could toward a future AC replacement as well as all of our current problems cleared up. I was so thankful because that will save us money in the long run when we can afford to do that work as well.Over the next 3 days we got to see Tyler and Walt to take out the old furnace and put in a new one respectively. I had absolutely no idea what an involved process it is and I respect the amount furnaces cost now! My husband and I marveled at how much attention to detail there was in Walt's construction and how much more sense the new configuration made.In addition to a new furnace, they cleaned the coil above it that joins the AC, did a ton of sprucing up on the AC unit, and cleared a blocked pipe in our basement that has been causing a flood with the AC unit's condenser. (About 5 gallons a day in the summer going into a bucket we were dumping. Yuck!) Now everything down there is as it should be. They probably saved our AC unit for another few years honestly.Many of the added services they did were bundled into the quote for essentially no cost. When they saw that something needed to be done, they did it instead of charging more or looking the other way. The previous company had propped our AC on bricks because ground settling had made it pull on the pipe. Swan literally replaced the foundation it was on and fixed all the plumbing and electrical issues to re-seat the unit properly again.Every day I saw them, somebody was going above and beyond for my family at a difficult time for us. Every person was a delight to talk to and very helpful in explaining what they were doing. They were even great with my kids. I told my husband that when Walt left the last time I kinda wanted to hug him but that would be weird. lolSomehow they turned a really crummy situation into a big plus for us. I was actually happy in the end because we got something our home needed, a great deal all around, and met honest service people. I would recommend them again and again!

Wonderful! We called on a Sunday because our furnace stopped working in below freezing temperatures and with a newborn baby at home. Bill was able to find an available technician to help us out. Brendan was so nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. He went above and beyond by taking a look at our water heaters. We will definitely be using this business for all our future needs!

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

We had a water heater replaced by Todd's in March and in May it stopped working. We are new home owners and this was out first ever water heater replacement and we were not sure what went wrong. I called Todd's memorial day evening and chris answered to ensure they would come the next day and make sure everything was working. My husband was home to meet Allen and the tech and they discovered it was our sump pump. This was not even Todd's problem, yet they went out of their way to drain the water, light the pilot light and help us move forward. My husband not only mentioned once, but twice how impressed he was with their costumer service. Thank you Chris, Allen, the techs and the lady answering the phone during the day for being so absolutely amazing at your job. It may not always feel appreciated in this day in age, but know that to my husband and I your helpful kindness does not go unnoticed. I would recommend Todd's services any day to anyone. Thank you for all you represent and all the work you do. I wish i could do more than write a review on how great the service was at Todd's.

New water heater was installed as expected. Technicians were polite and explained everything.The one thing that did not go well was leaking of water onto the utility room floor and into the adjoining room when the old water heater was removed. Would have been helpful if something had been put on the floor to manage this. I ended up cleaning the water off of the floor.I did appreciate the discount since I cleared the area making it easy for the technicians to install the water heater.

The evening of 2/14/2021 our furnace stopped working- the coldest day of the year (-10 !). We survived the evening but called 1st thing in the morning and they were able to send a tech out within 2 hours. Travis was the tech who came out. He was very polite and friendly. He quickly identified the problem (a high limit switch), put in a used part while he ran to the warehouse to get new part so our house would start to warm up, then returned and completed the repair.
I appreciate that Travis took extra time to explain that the MERV11 filters I were using were too restrictive for the furnace we have and had caused the issue with the high limit switch. He advised on the proper filter and left the area where he worked as clean as when he arrived. Additionally, the total cost of the repair was VERY reasonable and way less than I expected.
I would not hesitate to use AAARK again or recommend them to family and friends. I found out that Travis had given up his day off to come and work this day because of the backlog of service calls. My family and I are thankful for his sacrifice on this cold February day!

This company impressed me with their honesty. They saved my family about $15,000 by connecting us with Denver Water who replaced a water line for free. I commend them for not taking our money when they certainly could have made a nice profit on our job!

Because they can’t service my old boiler, their only option is replacement. When I asked if they could recommend or point me to someone, they flat out refused. That’s poor service.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
