Rickey came to my house on time. He listened to what I had to saw and my concerns. Rickey took time to evaluate the situation. We had a discussion on the options. I agreed with Rickey's best solution for a long term fix to an incoming to the house water main issues. The fix was done efficiently. It was done under estimated time. The room was left in better/clean condition than when Rickey arrived. I have used Tipping Hat several times and highly recommend then in all plumbing cases.

ABSOLUTELY Horrible!!!!Would not recommend to use for AC/Heat repair.I was scheduled a week prior and they called in the middle of my appointment time to cancel on me.I called several times to explain the importance to get my AC repaired due to weather and one employee had the audacity to blame ME for canceling on them. Absolutely incorrect.They did not seem empathetic or like they cared that the situation could be dangerous for my family (92+ in the house)If you use them, ensure you have a backup plan, however, I would not recommend.Unprofessional and unreliable

We found Mark through our neighbor, who recommended him and spoke very highly of his work. Mark has since helped us with an emergency job that I thought would be a HUGE blow to our wallet, but his cost was totally fair! He arrived just 2 hours after I called him, and completed the job 1/2 hour before he estimated. He was efficient, quick, honest and did great work. We will call Z plumbing again!

Dan and Key Plumbing Solutions are super knowledgeable, responsive and go out of their way to make sure customers are satisfied. I had a toilet that was running and Dan came out to diagnose it. The root cause was the flush mechanism inside the toilet, which was a known industry problem based on the brand of toilet I'd purchased. It needed to be replaced. However, the replacement was not easy to find and Dan called every plumbing supply store in Denver looking for the part - to no avail. That didn't stop him though - he continued the search online where he was able to find the part and had it shipped immediately. Once it arrived, he was at my house the next day to install the mechanism and solve the running toilet once and for all. Thank you Dan for going above and beyond!!

Mr. Bruce Thomas came himself and did the repairs. It was fast efficient and error free. The water had to be turned off until he came to our home. When he walked in, he first off got the water turned on in the house by capping the pipes and finished the repairs the next day in no time flat. Great job handles look great my shower is working perfectly and he was a nice professional man.

The service Manager Michael did the right thing and made all this right today and I doubt if anyone will ever not wear a mask during this pandemic that works for this company....I cannot vouch for their work yet and they are now in the running for my business. First of all when the person arrived he did not have a mask he couldn't even find one in his truck luckily I had an extra one. Then he charges me $70 without even telling me there was a fee and wasn't even sure he could fix it he put the mask on backwards shame on this company.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

They were very professional I have never had a company show me and my family so much respect they made us feel like we were a priority they worked 10 hrs straight and got my family use of our water in a timely manner I would recommend this company to all my friends and family thank ICP Plumbing for all the hard work.
