WOW! Just WOW! Jeremy R. was just incredible! He literally left my home about 5min ago (service was performed on 09/11/22) & I couldn’t be more pleased. I was having issues with my garbage disposal & he not only assessed the issue, but gave me multiple options to choose from as far as how to correct said issue. Additionally, he fixed it in a timely manner & even asked if I needed help with anything else too! Jeremy R. was so professional, knowledgeable, great problem solving skills & I would not only recommend Done Plumbing, but Jeremy specifically, for any of your repair needs! Josh came and assessed what was needed and we set up an appointment for a future date when we had the parts and toilet needed. Very professional and personable. Ryan A. was available a little sooner so he came to do the job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced our toilet and also taught me a few things about plumbing maintenance for a home whichbI very much appreciated. We will be asking them to come back to do another bathroom as well as some things that need fixing. Great communication with the office staff as well. Highly recommend them.

After getting a quote from another company that would only allow me to replace both the broken AC unit and a working furnace, I called Swan. My tech, John Waters came out, was very nice and courteous with shoe booties and a mask. He then listened to me in just wanting to replace the AC unit, looked at my furnace, and we both went to look at the outside AC/Condenser. We decided to fix what was needed to get my 18 year old unit working again to save over 4k Installed. He was very upfront and honest with me, and sometimes that is hard to find in this industry. I would recommend Swan to anyone without hesitation!

Keith was in communication before his arrival. As always, all techs have clean uniforms, shoe covers - very professional. Keith even asked me - I will be going in and out a few times - would you like me to knock or just come and go as needed? NICE! He spent some time after service to go over our system, its age, maintenance options, etc. NO PRESSURE - just giving me information. Now I have some items on MY radar for future decisonmaking! Great work Horizon! Your crew is exceptional!
