I used Done Plumbing & Heating for the first time this week and was not disappointed!! I called after 7pm and they were able to get a technician out first thing the next morning (2 other companies said they wouldn’t be able to come out for over a week). Great customer service as they called in the morning to confirm my scheduled appointment, gave me an update on the technician’s ETA, and made sure the time still worked with my schedule. They called again to let me know when the technician was 30 minutes away.Tony arrived right on time and was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. Tony was able to diagnose and fix our plumbing problem quickly and easily but wasn’t in a rush. He made sure to test everything throughly, listened and addressed all of my question and concerns, and provided great advice on how to prevent future issues.The office called the next day to follow up and ask how everything went. Great company, great service - will be using Done for all future needs! Ask for Tony ;)

We will continue to hire Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc and suggest everyone give them a chance. We hired them to repair the water heater and got advised to replace it to avoid frequent repairs. We took their advice and haven't had any issues with our water heater since the replacement.

Managed to burst a pipe and was so glad I called these guys. They came out day of, actually almost hour of & were able to replace the pipe very quickly and at a reasonable price. Jake was very nice, professional and most importantly has been doing this work for over 20 years which is the experience you want

My mom called Tipping Hat earlier today and they sent someone out right away to fix a space heater she had in a back room. Unfortunately she can’t remember the techs name because I’d love for y’all to know who he is, he is a wonderful man! He came into the house went back to the heater, thanked my mom for still having the owners manual for the heater, he then cleaned it up and changed the filter all at no charge! My mom is 89 with early stages of dementia on a fixed income and this guardian Angel from Tipping Hat totally made her day and mine. I can’t thank you enough for sending such a wonderful repair tech to assist my mom! You’re lucky to have such a great employee. I highly recommend using this company for your needed services. Very impressed with Golden West and the work of Anthony Garcia. Our Radiant heating system had failed leading into a cold weekend and Golden West found a way to fit us in on a Saturday and Anthony quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a replacement pump that afternoon. The was the most professional residential service experience I have had from Ally at their service center to the timely email updates on Anthony's ETA to the service and communication from Anthony whilst performing the repair. I have over 30 years of experience in the commercial and industrial HVAC sector and would have no hesitation in recommending this company and Anthony in particular for professional residential HVAC service and repair.

My furnace, one of two in the house, was failing to stay lighted. It would ignite and then slowly fade and go out. I contacted two if the big top rated HVAC companies in Denver and after visiting and checking they both said I needed a new furnace. Qoutes for a furnace were from $6,500 to $20,000, depending on how wonderful the new furnaces would be, and I may as well get both replaced. $40,000.....YIKES. I reserched down the Google list for a company not so high on the list that was privately owned and called JD's. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE Adam visited my house for the minimum $69 service charge. Checked the furnace and asked some important questions about when the problem occurred and I noted it bagan this year after I constructed a lean-to next to the house, near the furnace combustion intake. It seems that the slight obstruction of the intake was causing the intake sensor to trip the furnace off. I opened up the lean-to and it resolved the problem immediately. THANK YOU Adam and JD's for saving me $39,931. These folks are the real deal.

This is the second house and second furnace we've used Aaark to install. The technicians worked late to get the job done in one day and were courteous and professional. The estimator was thorough in adding needed components to his quote so our existing system was correct to code (which the original home builder did not do). Finally, their costs were quite reasonable. We would definitely recommend them.
