Best Air Conditioning Repair in Denver CO

Was told by technician Vincent that he had to remove toliet to clean out main drain even though we showed him where the main drain was and was told they had no choice but to remove toliet, which of course costs double the price. The technician broke a bolt off the toliet putting it back together. Stated he fixed the problem, only to have the same issue of every drain backing up when laundry or dishwasher was started or when you took a shower reappear. Called them back and informed them I had same issue, they stated I had 60 warranty and they would send technician back out. He shows up and still insists on going through toliet instead of going through the main drain where I tell him it's backing up from. So again he augers through the toliet. The technician insisted that we needed to get a camera technician out there, another $300. When I told him we didn't have that kind of money, my mom lives on her retirement and pension and I recently lost my job, he stated that he would NOT be coming back out unless we got the camera technician to come out. When he left we still had the same problem. So knowing they wouldn't come back out again and knowing that we needed the drain fixed we called another company who came out and went down through the main drain I told the technician originally to go through. Found the clog and everything is back to normal. Done is a lie and a scheme to get you to spend more and more. I told them we want our money back since it was 60 day warranty and they NEVER fixed the problem and was told no they would cover the cost of a camera technician to come out and that's Pretty all. Of course so they can say we have this damage or we need a new line so they can get more money. Pathetic of a company. Picture to show the drain that I am now being told by Done is not a drain they could have gone down, even though the other company did just that with the same machinery.

We will continue to hire Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc and suggest everyone give them a chance. We hired them to repair the water heater and got advised to replace it to avoid frequent repairs. We took their advice and haven't had any issues with our water heater since the replacement.

Managed to burst a pipe and was so glad I called these guys. They came out day of, actually almost hour of & were able to replace the pipe very quickly and at a reasonable price. Jake was very nice, professional and most importantly has been doing this work for over 20 years which is the experience you want

I've had so many problems with this company stay far away and read my other reviews under my name. Three years ago theyinstalled a new hvac system and took off our old swap cooler. During this three day nonstop rain in Denver (5/10-5/12) I wake up to a puddle in the bathroom and a caving in ceiling right below the old swamp cooler system. I get on the roof and sure enough, they didn't bother sealing around the cap as the old crack sealant is there from decades ago not even redone. Crack/gaps in the aluminum cap they didn't seal up properly. I got in the attic and sure enough, it's been leaking for the past few years little by little. Dry rot in the ply wood roofing, mold and streaking right down past the cap into our attic.I called and whomever I spoke to said that this wasn't their issue and to call a roofing company. They can't even come patch it up correctly. If you want anything done correctly, don't call these people. Call Applewood, please.

As a monthly member of Swan Plumbing, I already have high expectations but Chris H. Had exceed all of them today. He was able to accommodate an earlier time slot, he was very professional and extremely friendly and respectful. He was very sweet with my giant dogs and patiently answered the million questions I had about the water damage in my kitchen from the garbage disposal I tried to install myself. He mentioned having 21 years of experience with plumbing and it showed. They have a customer for life because of their incredible technicians.

Blue Sky gets a gold medal for repairing my tankless water heater. Despite an especially busy time with the onset of cold weather and pandemic-related complications, they responded promptly and got me scheduled quickly. Excellent customer service, thorough and careful diagnosis of the problem, and THE most knowledgeable technician (LD) ever, who also worked as efficiently as possible to keep costs down. Good fee schedule, as well. I’m sold on Blue Sky for all my HVAC needs from here on!

Called Horizon out after our furnace died on us, they were able to diagnose, repair, and get our system back up and running. They even took the time to help us understand and set up a thermostat schedule based on when we are home. Outstanding service and very knowledgeable crew!

José was prompt, courteous, and pleasant. He did a thorough job to clear our kitchen sink clog. He also left our place clean.

Denver Water is assisted by Aaark as Denver Water replaces the main water supply line to each house in Congress Park. Nick Mancuso from Aaark came to make the final connections inside my house along-with a new on/off valve. Nick was quite thorough & helpful to me. I really appreciate that.

My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!
