Roscoe did a total overhaul of our kitchen sink plumbing including a dishwasher line and a new faucet. He was on time, worked quickly, and kept us informed of what he was doing. What an excellent job!! That is why we use DONE for all of our plumbing needs. We will ask for Roscoe the next time we need repairs.

My parents got a fuse box replacement. This required everything in our 40+ year house to be brought up to code. Chris and Will did a fantastic job and was very thorough in making sure that everything on the work order was done well. They both went above and beyond making sure that all of our electrical outlets were working properly. They answered questions/concerns and made my parents feel confident in the work that was done.

Keith was in communication before his arrival. As always, all techs have clean uniforms, shoe covers - very professional. Keith even asked me - I will be going in and out a few times - would you like me to knock or just come and go as needed? NICE! He spent some time after service to go over our system, its age, maintenance options, etc. NO PRESSURE - just giving me information. Now I have some items on MY radar for future decisonmaking! My husband and I were amazed at how quickly they came to our house to address our water system malfunction! We had no wait time at all because we were scheduled immediately the same day. Our technician Adam was THE BEST! He was professional, prompt, friendly, and personable. He is also extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! He did not leave without letting us know that he is available should we need further assistance. I also loved that the technician contacted us to confirm the appointment and included his piture so we knew who he was prior to knocking on our door. Adam has come to our residence twice within 24 hours and we were extremely impressed with him and the companies prompt response and solutions to our softener problem.

My tub faucet was leaking and I needed help fixing it. I got the phone number for Denver plumbing from a friend who had hired them before and was full of praises about their services. They came and replaced the faucet and only charged me a small fee. Now I know that I can always rely on them whenever I have issue in my home. I will definitely use them!

Office indicated the trip charge is deducted from the repairs. It was not. $309 for 1/2 hour work. No parts. Scheduled two days out. So not even a rush. So if you like high price then theee are your guys. I am a property manager and know there are better options.

We have to replace the furnace and a leaking bathroom exhaust fan and duct work in the past month, and Golden West have repaired quickly and professionally. Everyone has been prompt and friendly. No idea if their prices are more or less than anyone else, but they have done the work and passed inspections, all while doing so in a timely manner.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.
