Best Air Conditioner Installation in Denver CO

We had flooding in our basement. Made a call, scheduled immediately for same day service, problem fixed within the service window. Plumber was highly skilled, informative, and completed timely/comprehensive work. Used several plumbing companies in town over the years, but done! Will be the only one I call going forward

Our furnace quit working the first day of the recent cold snap. We called Tipping Hat and they respond in a couple of hours. After speaking to Adian we decided to replace the furnace. Tipping Hat mobilized their crew of Adian, Jamie, Emily, Jacob, Chris, Juan, and Elijah. They worked into late evening to finish the installation and get the furnace operating. They all were very professional and knowledgeable and efficient. We really appreciate the team and their effort to get heat for our home.

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

Refused to discuss or look at new Heat Pump (Geothermal) unit. Low pressure switch is either bad or unit has a small refrigerant leak. I have pressure switch coming from manufacturer, it’s a $5 dollar part. Owner said he doesn’t work on homeowner provided units. I’m a general contractor and didn’t have a chance to even tell him this. He said he would be happy to replace entire unit... That’s funny ! Funny thing is I have (4) single family homes I’m building in 2021 and my HVAC contractor retired in the past year, I’m looking for a good company to do my work and be responsive. Homeowners beware! Never judge a book by it’s cover, Sir! Big mistake!!!

I gave them 5 stars and checked all 5 boxes because their all that and more, even though they deserve 10 but 5 is all you can leave. As a home owner I have kind of used this business off and on over the last 30+ years mostly on and can honestly say with out a doubt they are the absolute best in the industry 5 stars hands down! I recently had them out to clear my mainline as I had an issue like I do every time this happens and my drain had so much black gunk built up in it their snake was almost hard for them to clean. They suggested I let them scope it with their camera to further inspect it and said it would be I forget the exact price but pretty expensive but they were running a special at that time that and it would be free so I figured why not. Turns out my mainline from my kitchen to where it goes outside was corroded beyond repair due to the age of the house and more then likely rotted out completely on the bottom side of the pipe and suggested I get it replaced. The replacement was rather pricey in the grand scheme of things but it came with a lifetime warranty and they reworked my drain and how my laundry sink attached to it at no extra cost. These guys were very prompt being on schedule very courteous to my wife and did an outstanding job making sure my home was protected from dust and debris other then the way the floor looked for obvious reasons and improvements to my drain and sink when they were finished you couldn't even tell they were there. I honestly feel you can trust these guys in your home in the event you had no other option and everything would be just fine. I didn't even have to wait to schedule this job they got me in the same week and everything was done in just 1 day. I would super highly recommend them for all your pluming needs. I know I won't need to ever call anyone else their my first and only source

Shane O'Brien performed an air conditioner tune-up today as part of my Service Club Membership. He was a pleasure to work with, assisting with reprogramming my thermostat, in addition to checking the air conditioning system and cleaning the condenser. We had excellent service for a leak and a missing gasket in our tub. The previous owner of our home had done some shoddy plumbing repairs.
Robert was our plumber, he was very respectful and professional and great with our dog. The job cost $496 in total, $43 for the trip out, $70 for the diagnostic, and $453 for the replacement parts and repair. The $70 cost for the diagnostic goes towards the repair

Adam Hornback was an experienced technician with plenty of knowledge then stayed to make sure the job was done correctly

We really needed my mother in law's swamp cooler fixed. She is elderly and we didn't want her dealing with the heat. When I called they scheduled me for 2 weeks out, only to call and reschedule me the day of the appointment. According to Golden West they over booked jobs. When I asked if they could grantee they wouldn't cancel next week she said we promise we won't. I felt like I wasn't a priority at all.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.
