Tipping Hat recently replaced my furnace and installed a central air conditioning system for me. From my first interaction with Michael L reviewing their services to my interaction with their installation crews, I couldn't be more satisfied. Michael did a very thorough job of assessing my needs, evaluating my homes condition and recommending the appropriate equipment. Then the installation team of Chappie, Corey, Noe, et al. proceeded with the removal of old equipment and the installation of new equipment. The process was extremely smooth. Whatever obstacles encountered were professionally assessed and remedied. Attention to detail and pride in their work was evident from the beginning. Whatever information needed was carefully and patiently explained. I am very happy and Satisfied with Tipping Hat.

The best company for bathroom remolds and plumbing work.

1) When I called I indicated that the house had an older furnace, 20yo approximately. Asked if they would recommend replacement over repair. They indicated that if furnace was in good repair, they would repair. I authorized service visit based on this.
2) Tech arrived at house. Nearly turned out.
3) Incorrectly identified fault as it later turned out, BUT when I asked about repair he indicated that they will not repair any older furnaces and would replace furnace only. This was seemingly in contradiction to point 1. When I questioned tech he indicated that this was their policy. He said older furnaces were inherently unsafe but could not explain even in general why
4) Waste of service fee. Furthermore after some youtube videos and a multimeter it was apparently he really didn't know how to troubleshoot the issues.
5) Following this experience, I felt that they were only interested in the possible sell of a replacement furnace and not in troubleshooting or repairing the existing unit.

Bryan came out to inspect our HVAC system and advice on central air installation. He was prompt, friendly, informative, and great with our cat. He advised on next step and was fair and straight forward. Would definitely recommend!

I will never use this company again. They came out Tuesday and moved a hot & cold water line, moved the drain over a tad and charged me $1250!!! One of the charges for $357 was for 3 metal shut off valves that cost $4 at Home Depot and take a total of 5 minutes to install (all 3). When I called the manager to get an explanation?...they have set prices that don't take into account materials and labor time. And then he said that they actually only charged me for 2 shut off valves. How do you arrive at $178.50 for a shut off valve that again costs $4 and takes no time to install. I understand having to charge for labor and to mark up to cover company overhead but this was ridiculous. JD's has lost my business forever.

Jose was excellent on educating us on our with our plumbing issue at our home residence. He was was able to come in diagnosis what was happening and able to resolve the plumbing issue we were having. I also inquired on other options with Denver West and Jose was able to answer all my questions and give me options!! We will be using Denver West in the future!! Thank you Jose and Denver West!!

Our water heater started leaking one morning and after making a few calls to different companies T plumbing was able to come out the very next day and install a new water heater. Nate and Kameron were very professional throughout the whole process.
I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future if we ever have any plumbing needs.
