Best Air Conditioner in Denver CO

We had A/C problems. The Trane Unit that Done had installed 13 years ago had lost most all of the Freon. The Technician filled it with Freon to get it working again in this extremely hot temperature. Justin told us about the new Carrier A/C and furnaces they had available. He gave us a price for the units and installation. We decided to go with the new. They worked here for two days. All the technicians were great in their knowledge of the units and they all worked diligently. They were friendly and polite as we have experienced in past years dealing with the Done Company. I highly recommend this Company for any work they are able to do. I will continue to call them when there is a need.

Zack showed up on time, placed shoe coverings on prior to entering house, and was professional throughout his service. In addition, Kodiak also came to camera the line after the sewer cleaning. They explained their performance on the line, recommended maintenance procedures for the future, and cleaned up after themselves to ensure the area looks as it did before the work. All was done in about an hour. We would definitely use their services again.

The service and quality are outstanding from this company. I had 7 companies at my house to evaluate our leaking boiler and Tony Capra was the only one who worked to fix the problem instead of telling me I needed a new one. This saved a ton of money, but also showed that they care about the customer.

I've been using Horizon for over 6 years now and I've been extremely pleased with their service. We are on their maintenance plan so that they service our home twice a year. They do excellent job in keeping everything running in top capacity for our home.

Andrew Lawrence was my furnace technician for our annual furnace inspection. He was prompt, very courteous, and explained his inspection in detail. He took time and offered helpful pointers relating to my furnace filter. Very wonderful young man!! Great employee and hope he stays with Plumbline!

They came out the same day and fixed the leak on my water heater. They were professional and cheerful, which was a nice thing after worrying about the leak. They fixed it and were out in record time. I feel very secure in their warranty and service. I would highly recommend them.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

To the T came to my rescue! I accidently drilled through a water line, and was fortunate that To the T had an immediate opening to come repair the line. Kameron performed the repair quickly and professionally. I will definitely call on To the T for future plumbing or HVAC needs.
