Dale came out to work on my furnace that stopped working. Such a good company from the first phone call. Dale was booked but was able to move things around and fit my furnace in. He was early, professional and perfect. Thank you. He will be my furnace/water heater person from now on.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Have to say I am extremely impressed with Todd's Water Heater Repair. They replaced an old water heater for me and very much exceeded my expectations. Mike who completed the work did a very thorough job and afterwards explained all of the work he did in detail. He also showed me how to maintain the water and things to be mindful of. The work was completed just how we discussed during the estimate process and Mike answered every single question I had. Definitely have found my go to company for any water need I may have in the future. Fantastic business and definitely a company you can feel comfortable relying on for your water heater needs. Also, they were extremely competitive on the price as well. Couldn't be happier.

Called to have them check on low pressure on our shower / tub. Had to reschedule twice. Although they diagnosed correctly they quoted $600 to repair. They stated parts were the majority of the cost. A simple trip to Ace Hardware and $18 later, problem resolved. Giving one star because they were correct. But took off one star for ever $100 they were off.
