Their response to this review is a joke. They know EXACTLY who I am and what they did. Don't you Osh?

With all these good reviews, not sure what to say. Paid them some thousands to install a water heater. Year or so later, the water lines developed leaks at the tank. Poor installation and low-quality parts used (shark bite fittings.)

I called, and they were very responsive, sending a man out that day at 3pm. Very nice young man.

However, he was in the basement 8.5 hours, left at 11:30pm, and had not been able to install our heater blend valve he removed.

Next day or so, plumber texted and said he had the valve and asked if he could come at 5:30pm next day. Fine. Shows up at 7:30pm, goes down in the basement for an hour, comes up and says he cannot install this valve. Leaves. Calls back 30 mins later, states I am not sure I lit the pilot on the heater, may I come back? Sure. 8:30pm, comes back. Lites pilot. Leaves. Sends me a text 20 mins later: I don't think I opened the main valve on the hot pipe. Can you check? Yep, he forgot that. I opened the valve.

Stated someone from the office would call to schedule us again. 3 days, nothing.

Called and spoke to the owner, he promised he would call the next day, he was busy. No worries. Day came and went. So did the following until I called late in the afternoon. Said was ordering the valve.

Texted us on a Saturday, valve came in. We scheduled again, this time 3pm-5pm. 6:45pm, nothing. No plumber. Canceled the we take care of our customers warranty with them.

Paying another plumber to fix it. And....Mile High Plumbing was happy to give a $500 estimate to unscrew a gas pressure valve to the stove that was leaking...called another plumber. He did it immediately for a standard service call charge. He didn't even charge us for parts.

I get it, sometimes there are problems. But to keep it going and going? Enough.

Avoid.

Absolutely fantastic service. AC was not running and Mile High came by and saved the day! The unit was wire incorrectly and Aaron was able to diagnose / solve the wiring issue on the spot in under 10 minutes. He also then stayed to educate me more about my AC system and how to operate it efficiently. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks again!

Rebecca, in the office, was very responsive and helpful in getting someone to our home quickly to diagnose and repair the issue, John arrived on time, figured out what we needed, arranged to get a new hot water tank delivered, and installed it the same day. He stayed late, and did a neat, wonderful job. We were very happy with the services of Mile High Plumbing.

Absolutely the best experience with this company. From the kind initial phone call, to the fast response time. The tech was the most incredible person we have ever had come. He was knowledgeable and professional. We would hands down use them again!

Arrived within window that they said they would arrive; didn't feel like they tried to upsell me on services / additional items. My work was through a Home Warranty company but they got my claim worked out and finished in 2 days. Would use them again for other work.

The scheduler was extremely helpful and resourceful providing me with same day service due to a cancellation and an installer near my rental where heater needed to be installed. My renter was very impressed with the installer and felt he was very professional. And, the total price for heater, permit, and installation was much less than any company I spoke with. This is now my go to company for heating and plumbing issues.

Mile High Plumbing, LLC - Robert was very professional and friendly. He is knowledgeable and shares his expertise and experience readily. He gave helpful advice to address any possible future issues. That said I am confident there won't be any because he also stands behind his work. Quality service at a fair price, I can see why they do well with their local, repeat and word-of-mouth clients. Mile High Plumbing was dispatched by our home warranty company, 2-10. Bobby responded immediately and was able to come out same day - YAY! He determined that the leak was due to freeze, which unfortunately, would not be covered by the home warranty. No matter, we proceeded with the job anyway. He was wonderful to work with - first contact to completion was only about 4 hours. He did the repair work as minimally invasive as possible, no big holes to patch or mess to clean up. Robert is personable and efficient - I highly recommend Mile High Plumbing!

Great service from the entire Mile High Plumbing team! They worked with me and my home warranty company to get a leaky faucet replaced as well as fix other issues with our toilets, all covered. Very responsive, great work and excellent communication always. Called them on morning of New Year's Eve when most were closed and they came right out that day to help with a small issue that was our fault (dead batteries in the touch faucet). They didn't even charge us a service call, great customer focus!! Would highly recommend.

We highly recommend Mile High Plumbing. We have been working with them for several years. Our home has had several large projects and some of them have been very difficult. We can always depend on Mile High Plumbing- they always have a solution that’s affordable and valuable.

The Company is family owned and they really care about their customers. We’ve even had them come out on a holiday, when we were in a desperate situation.

The team also provides excellent service, and they are knowledgeable and friendly.

Osh helped me set the appointment and coordinated the job. John and Robert came to install the gas line for my deck grill. Overall the experience was great! All 3 guys are great communicators and talking about the job was like chatting with a neighbor. The job was done on time exactly as proposed. When the city inspector came over he took the time to say he appreciates when a company takes their time and does the job right and that he was impressed with the quality of the work. I will definitely work with this company again in the future and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

Simply the best! We had an issue with installing a new stove due to an old gas line. Not only were they able to fit us in within hours, but their communication and sevice was top notch. They truly went above and beyond for us and made the process smooth and easy. Profesional, high quality service and solid rates. We will definitely be using them for any additional plumbing needs!

Great, friendly service. We needed our sewer line scoped. Robert fully explained the results and cleaned up the work area afterwards so you couldn't tell he was there. The service was reasonably priced. I would definitely use Mile Hi for future plumbing needs.

I called Mile High plumbing to bring my hot water heater up to code. I was referred by Lakeside Plumbing and Heating. I was extremely comfortable with the referral, Mile High and technician Paul completed the work with only one day notice. Paul was patient with me and explained every step and why he was making the changes. I would totally recommend Mile High Plumbing. BTW Paul even cleaned up after himself, extra points for this.

We have been through some serious main line issues at our house and required immediate service. Having used a number of disappointing plumbers over the last few months, we wanted a local company who would properly diagnose our problem & fix it. Paul from Mile High came over on MLK Day and spent significant time learning about our house before digging any holes/knocking down any wall - his investigative work was greatly appreciated. He accurately diagnosed our issue as main line root intrusion provided a scope to the house & sewer & set us up with Pipe Lining to fix our issue without excavation. He and his team worked with us over 2 weeks & have given us the confidence to fully use our pipe system without fear of unnecessary & costly back-ups. Excellent local company filled with knowledgable & very friendly people who will help you out when you need.

Great work, timely and professional! Installed our gas line and hooked up our gas range at our new house. They also went above and beyond to fix an emergency plumbing situation that happened when we first moved in. Easy to communicate with and friendly service.

Woke up to our water heater leaking all over the basement. I was so worried because it's the Friday of labor day weekend. Called Mile High Plumbing and they were so kind on the phone. They were here very soon after I called, and immediately replaced everything, even noticed a leak and replaced a valve that was on the wall! The pricing was reasonable and explained before they did anything. Both men were super professional and talked me through everything, explaining thoroughly. Honestly, they turned a terrible morning into a good day and now I have a plumber I trust!

It was so hot in our kitchen. Turns out the AC ducts were disconnected and broken. They pointed out the problem quickly and quoted me a much more reasonable price than the big guys. They work fast, don’t leave a mess, and now the kitchen is cold again. Relief! Thank you so much

Service was on schedule and completed timely. Repaired leaky faucets, installed sump pump drains to outside and water level alarms in sump pump tanks. Very professional and thorough.

John and Robert did a great job cutting out a piece of galvanized pipe that had a rusty leak and then reconnecting that pipe properly with the cooper pipe system inside the house. They also replaced a leaky outdoor wall faucet. I will ask for John and Robert again based on the quality of service provided today.

These guys installed new gas lines for my BBQ grill and Fire Pit. They went the extra mile too work with me for a last minute change to the plans. They worked hard and did quality work. The work passed inspection with praise from the inspector. I would happily hire them again.
