Needed a new vacuum breaker on my sprinkler since it froze last winter. Pat was here within an hour of my call and got me fixed up next day. He was much better price being in our neighborhood and very friendly. Highly recommend him for any plumbing work!

The work he did was badly done. Had to get a diff company to fix their repair job. Not happy with their Company.

Very sad to say this! Jim, need ham’s company came over to do $500 worth of work and burn the whole all the way through my floor! The only thing that was done to remedy. was to sell me a hot water heater and charge me 2500 bucks. And I cannot even get them to give me itemized billing on the water heater they replaced. I still have a hole in my floor to this day nor will Jim return my phone calls or give me itemized billing for install. Supposedly it came with a lifetime warranty, but how is that going to be warranty without me even having a bill

Chris and the whole team from scheduling to pipe fitting is absolutely top notch. We had a bit of an emergency boiler issue that they addressed right away. There was a clear opportunity to upsell us but they explained that we probably didn’t need the big investment (that I had initially asked for). I was very impressed with the integrity, professionalism, and friendliness of the perfect plumber team. They have earned our go-to plumbing business going forward. Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Osh helped me set the appointment and coordinated the job. John and Robert came to install the gas line for my deck grill. Overall the experience was great! All 3 guys are great communicators and talking about the job was like chatting with a neighbor. The job was done on time exactly as proposed. When the city inspector came over he took the time to say he appreciates when a company takes their time and does the job right and that he was impressed with the quality of the work. I will definitely work with this company again in the future and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

Alan and Tony with Todd's Water Heater Repair were AMAZING to work with, professional and went above and beyond on our tankless water heater installation, boiler maintenance and other plumbing issues. I highly reccomend them!

American Home Shield assigned this company to diagnose and replace our water heater. It was the most frustrating week ever. These guys are just as bad as AHS, for an entire week I felt like I was getting scammed. Between my partner, property manager and myself, we made no less than 20 calls to AHS and Crown home services who often gave us conflicting information. As a customer of AHS (who I don't recommend), we didn't get a choice when it came to contractors but I most certainly wouldn't use these guys if I were paying.
