For years, I had religiously used Jerry and touted his inexpensive, quality work. Unfortunately, he ruined all my good will this summer when I called him to fix a leaking faucet. After sending him pictures of the facet's manual, he told me which parts to order, stating it would save me money. When he came to install the part, he claimed that he needed a tool or instructions on how to install it because he couldn't get the part off. Then he had me order another part, for which I had to wait another two weeks for it to arrive and get him scheduled again. I called to schedule, he didn't return the call. Called again, he apologized then said he'd be here between 10-12. Ten to noon passes, he doesn't show. I call again. He finally shows up at 2. He doesn't use the part I ordered, scratched my faucet, didn't line the handle parallel to the other one, told me I needed to order another part because the stem supposedly broke. When I turned the water on, a strange sound occurred and the water flow was slow. I ran out to the catch him, but he told me he'd look at it when he came back to fix the handle. After all the hassle and a two month wait to fix a faucet which ended up not being fix, I received a bill for $220. Talk about insult to injury! I ended up calling another plumber to come and fix what he could not. I'm so disappointed in Jerry and the service he provided. I will not be using him again and have now gone from recommending him to actively steering people away from him. So sad.
