When Jason arrived with Jake, they were courteous, put on their little blue booties, and were wearing their masks. I told them I had to leave for work at a certain time and they honored my timeline. We discussed the 2 issues I had, and the cost, and they got to work right away. Jason showed me the final result and were in and out of my home in record time. Dan and Key Plumbing Solutions are super knowledgeable, responsive and go out of their way to make sure customers are satisfied. I had a toilet that was running and Dan came out to diagnose it. The root cause was the flush mechanism inside the toilet, which was a known industry problem based on the brand of toilet I'd purchased. It needed to be replaced. However, the replacement was not easy to find and Dan called every plumbing supply store in Denver looking for the part - to no avail. That didn't stop him though - he continued the search online where he was able to find the part and had it shipped immediately. Once it arrived, he was at my house the next day to install the mechanism and solve the running toilet once and for all. Thank you Dan for going above and beyond!!
