I worked with Alex from Water Heater Experts Plumbing, he was awesome!! One of the most important aspects I value when working with folks is communication, Alex was great at this. He let me know when he was going to arrive, sent me a text when he was close and we kept in communication during the work and the follow up visit. The quality of work Alex did was top of the line. He did not rush the work nor was he slow at all. He took his time and did the job right. It is rare when you find someone that takes that much pride in their work these days I highly endorse Alex and the folks at Water Heater Experts Plumbing.

Alfonso provided the service, and he was very professional, courteous, on time, and knowledgeable. Cost was less than what I expected, and the job was done quickly and well.

Steve and his team did a nice job. However, there we still some wet spots with the restoration job that a separate contractor had to replace (more than they said).The real issue is with their collections department (a person named Gaia) and management. Not responsive or helpful. However, they had no problem pressuring to make sure they got paid on time which I did. There was an overpayment situation made to them by the insurance company and they decided not to mail me that money back. Now I'm having to try to resolve this with the insurance company. Shady. Gaia hasn't care to respond to help the me after her company was paid. Poor customer service.It sucks because for the most part, the restoration team did a good job. Just the last thing you leave the customer with is a bad taste in their mouth.

I had some work done at my house and used RGs plumbing. They are outstanding. Excellent customer service.

On time, fixed the leak and explained what they did.

This company is a straight shooter. Won’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Super respectful as well. Will be returning for any future needs

The plumber was amazing! He was super friendly, professional and genuinely a nice person! He listened to our concerns and made every effort to finish the drain cleaning. He crushed it and is truly a huge asset to this company.

Steven was very friendly, informative and genuine when he came to our home. Even with just me and my 6mos old baby here, he was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Had to keep calling for estimate and information on tankless system and when I spoke to them they were rude and condescending. I cancelled and am going with another company.

Christopher's Plumbing replaced a bathroom fixture in my residence. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and high quality work. The old fixture was difficult to remove, and they were very careful not to damage any of the remaining cabinets and sink. It took them about 2 times longer than estimated; however, they did not bill me for the extra time.

Jeff at Mr. Plumber is simply the best!!! If you are at all interested in good customer service - USE JEFF! He is VERY fair in his pricing and EXCEPTIONAL in his work, communication and professionalism. We have used Jeff multiple times over the years and every time we are sooooo happy and feel blessed to have found someone in today's world we can depend on and TRUST!! Charles did an excellent job installing the gas line for our new outdoor fire pit and grille in a very timely fashion and excellent service doing what he said he will do. I recommend him definitively!

Charged $670 for a $125 service call. Did not diagnose or resolve the issue. By the time I realized I was being scammed I had already agreed to the work.

They sent a knowledgeable plumber who completed the water heater installation. They did it in a timely fashion and offered some maintenance tips . We recommend this company to everyone.

In our 30 years of using plumbers, we have found those employed by Denver Plumbing to be the best. Both of them were prompt, thorough in their examination of the problem, and courteous throughout the entire process of replacing our old toilet with a brand new one. We are quite pleased with their performance. They are also a pleasure to collaborate with.

John is really good at his job. I like that he looks for the simple solutions first and then if he has to accelerate the issue he will. Plumbers is a group of brothers so they band together for a successful business. Good guys. I highly recommend.

They installed a hot water heater 1.5 years ago that ended up having a manufacturing defect. They replaced it at no cost, we’re responsive and quick about the whole thing. Was also under warranty so there was no cost to us. The trouble began after the work was complete. The tech returned to inform us we had water pressure that was too high. It was out of range and could cause a lot of problems. He showed us a pic on his phone that he had apparently just took of our high pressure. They quoted us $1300 for a fix. We got a second opinion. And also measured the pressure ourselves. It was not out of range. And it does not cost $1300 to fix such problem. The most generous interpretation of this was that this particular technician was not great. Another interpretation would just be incredulously dishonest and disreputable business practices.Response: Great would love to see that pic with time and date location from your tech. We were home and he showed us a pic (instead of just showing us the actual reading) that he got to after scrolling through his photos. He showed us one before in his roll that was just before a picture of a woman at another location and obviously not taken at our house. But we will get you a photo of the pressure for your records and post it here. If the water heater breaks a second time, I have no intention of having your company back in my residence.
