Scheduling an appointment with Horizon was easy. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He quietly went about his work and when finished, he satisfactorily answered all of our questions. We will definitely use Horizon again!

WHe installed a gas line for me, so I can use a gas oven. Couldn't be happier with their service. Isayid was a pleasure to work with, as well as Alex and they followed up to make sure we were fully satisfied. They did the work very efficiently and used good materials. I'm very happy with them and will definitely call them again for any plumbing work in the future .

We had a great experience with 5280 PDS. Ian helped us diagnose a water pressure issue and fix 2 leaks. He provided a detailed quote with pricing options based on level of repair and took the time to explain each of his diagnoses and decisions. I most appreciated that he wore a mask and shoe covers the entire time, showing great respect for us and our home.

Great service and staff. King Rooter got me in for an emergency service for a backed-up kitchen sink. Alfonso came out for a 2nd appointment to fully clean the pipes. Alfonso and the other team members who visited were highly professional and helpful. Recommend!

My husband and I are so pleased with today’s service call from Roto-Rooter. Here we are the day before Thanksgiving, and I called this morning expecting to not get anyone to the house for a few days or possibly have to pay overtime to have someone here this weekend. We were so pleased that we could get someone in today and there was no overtime!We were given a window of arrival time and Mike arrived during that time. He called first which was great.Once the technician Mike got here, we showed him where the water discharge from the washing machine was overflowing and the floor drain in the basement that “gurgled” when we flushed a toilet. Mike got to work while we watched and asked questions. Mike answered all our questions and helped us understand better what the problem was and what to watch for next time.Our compliments to Roto-Rooter and Mike for great service. And our advice to all homeowners, listen and watch your drains. If something does not sound right or you see water around a drain and it should not be there – don’t delay making the call for service. It is so much better to catch a clogged drain before there is a major backup.

Befort did a free estimate on the situation we had going on. Not only did the nice plumber guy figure out that the lid to the meter pit was just stuck, but he took time out of his day to help us get it unstuck from the pit for free! Nicest guy ever! I would definitely recommend this place!

This is an honest review. Service tech Mark.T didn't use good judgment in the installation of my mother's kitchen faucet. When asked to make it good he said there would be a new charge if he had to move the faucet to the location hole in the sink where it should of been placed in the 1st place..I realize my mother signed off on this project, but it was just very poor judgment of the plumber to pass it off as being a good choice in location (put in the wrong hole) and the faucet also became very loose from the sink within two days after the installation to which he said he'd re-tighten for free..If Mark.T would of placed the faucet in the correct opening even if it meant not using the spacer piece then I believe my mother wouldn't be calling him back on his shoddy workmanship. And if Mark.T cared about his reputation then he'd of came out free of charge to make it right. It's a difficult job I know because of the garbage disposal in the way , but that's why we hired a professional and hoped he'd of made a proper decision when installing with the placement of the faucet. Well over $300 spent just for labor. For very much dissatisfaction of a job NOT well done.

P.S. I sincerely believe that Mark.T would not of been satisfied at the least if this installation was done in his own home or his mothers.. And it shouldn't take a layman to point out that he could of made a better recommendation. He walked away from a job not well done and definitely not well thought out...maybe he was on a tight schedule ???...Not an excuse.

I called on Wednesday, Mr. Plumber returned my call and asked for a a text picture of my bathtub faucet. I sent the picture on Wednesday afternoon and now it is Saturday and there have been no texts or phone calls returned from him. It's obvious he is not interested in my business, so I will take it elsewhere.

Contracted them through home depot. Had absolutely zero issues. Adam Engler installed our water heater. Very knowledgeable and professional. Went way above and beyond. Would not hesitate to use again especially if Adam was our technician.

I rarely write reviews. I am writing this one to highly recommend Christopher's Plumbing. After completing a load of laundry one evening, we quickly noticed we had a small flood in our storage room in the basement. My next door neighbor recommended I call Christopher Plumbing. I called them first thing the following morning. Once I described our situation, David suspected we probably had a clogged sewer line. He contacted an outside company that specialized in cleaning out sewer lines. The company was at our house within an hour. Two hours later, at a very reasonable cost, we were doing another load of laundry. The company recommended we clean out the line once a year. Don't have to tell us twice!
