Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

Very professional and friendly. Josh explained everything, showed me damage from previous plumber and took photos so I could submit to insurance for repair. He even cleaned my floor of stains I couldn't get out - awesome job!

For the next 20 minutes, I received a crash course on water heaters which was well worth the time and cost for the service performed. Todd's was easy to work with, scheduling was simple, and Cody the plumber was great. A pleasant experience from start to finish.

My water heater stopped working on a Sunday and late in the afternoon at that🙄 of course I called a couple of companies provided by google and weren't even trying to help much less come out here. Luckily I found Simpson Water Heater Repair!! Not only were they very responsive but was willing to help me right away. Him and his son showed up within the hour of speaking with him. Matt did a very thoughtful and careful installation of a new boiler that had a lot of unique and tricky unconventional complications due to the site. He had a great eye for detail and big knowledge base so that he could troubleshot and solve all potential problems. The county inspector said how impressed he was with the work which gave me extra peace of mind that it was a job well done and money well spent. New boilers are like spaceships compared to the old one that was replaced.
