I was able to make an appointment for the next day and Heather gave me an estimate of how much the service would cost. She was super helpful and courteous. Mike, the repairman, was on time and put covers on his shoes before coming into the house. He fixed the disposal in no time and I was actually charged less than the estimate. Could not be happier with their service! These are very nice people.

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

We were recently told that our pressure regulator went out and it would cost around $400-$600 to get it fixed. I found Flow-Rite through a friend and their price beat every competitor in the area! Not to mention, Ruben has been very prompt in answering any and all of my questions. Rob came and replaced the regulator in a very timely manner. These guys are fantastic to work with and I will be recommending them to everybody I know from now on!

We had a great experience with Spartan Plumbing from the beginning. When our water heater broke, it was still under warranty, but we didn’t know how to go about replacing it. Spartan was super helpful with the whole process. They were responsive, quick to come over for an estimate, wore masks and paper booties to protect the floor, gave us multiple options, and all interactions were professional, friendly, and efficient. This company did work on my 2 toilets & 2 showers. They did a great job at a great price. The job was done in a timely manner.

Listen the guys were great and professional and experienced, but Roto Rooter’s rate is $399/hr plus parts which is absolutely ludicrous. They also were unable to track down the leak, because it was not leaking when they arrived. Not their fault, and again the guys were great, but the cost is insane and I ended up paying $400 for a hole in my basement ceiling with no real work done. I would strongly encourage finding another plumber with a much more realistic cost basis.

Mark was amazing. He was able to install a new water spicket to the back of my house by tapping in through the bathroom plumbing. I will definitely use him again.
