So far they have been wonderful. The investigator was great and gave me a lot of detail about what needed to be done. She sent me the photos that showed where the water soaked into the carpet and walls. The guy who fixed my pipes was equally great. The team working on damage control just started today but they have tackled things with a great attitude and care. I am sure they too will do a great job.

After 12 years in our new home, we noticed the hot water was beginning to run short during showers/baths. Our next door neighbor had their hot water heater fail catastrophically on them earlier in 2015, causing a flood in their basement, and knowing that the homes are the same age, we weren't shocked when ours started having problems. I found Swan on the Internet, but they had a great gal, Candace, who answered my call and advised she could have a technician out the next morning by 9. We got a follow-up call that evening to confirm the appointment, and our technician arrived right on time. Within 3 hours our water heater had been replaced and the old one removed...back in business. Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

Bill Griggs and his team are professional, flexible and do what it takes to get the job done. Not once - but twice he saved a job for me where my clients had used another plumber because he could get to the job sooner - but he overcharged them and completely messed up the install. Bill's team came out and fixed it without us having to delay the rest of the job! So grateful there are still master tradesmen around that are customer focused!

It's ironic because you never really want to NEED a go-to plumber, but I've certainly found one in Defense Plumbing. Patrick and Jordan were absolutely amazing, professional, personable, and extremely quick to make multiple repairs to the home I just purchased. While I hope to not need to see them again for a very long time, I will not hesitate to contact them if/when I do!

I called at 7 am, and my plumbing issue was resolved by 12 pm. Bruce was really clear about my options when he picked up, and Arthur and Ray were very professional when they arrived on time. This is an overdue review but so happy with the work and service the guys at AAARK provided for us. Me and my husband were looking to convert a basement closet space to a second bathroom and after months of searching, knew we ended up with the right guys after meeting them. They dug up concrete, installed an ejector pit and got all the water lines running for the second bathroom. I also sprung for the warranty and maintenance check and there were a few things along the way they would point out and make other recommendations for which was helpful. Overall, super happy!

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!
