despite me not being there when they arrived, and leaving before they handed me the invoice, and also getting blue on them because i didnt know that toilet tabs are bad for toilets, i got top notch service from these guys really professional, let us know about an hvac problem and recommended a great hvac person who came over did the procedure and left with no runaround. they had parts on hand they needed to replace and they came all the way out to carrolltonthey were a rec from an architect friend and i would def rec them to you!

I had high hopes to use Pure Plumbing based on reviews but they went out of their way to lose our business. We had a broken water heater and wanted to explore a tankless option. At first, technician was great! Explained everything and patiently answered all of our questions. When we called the next day to book service, we just asked for re-confirmation of quote. At that point, the service manager back tracked on almost everything the technician quoted us. When we asked for a call back for clarification and understanding, no one ever called back. Stupidly, we still wanted to work with them so we called again and asked about repairing our tanked water heaters as we found the tankless option too confusing. At this point, the service manager back tracked again on an earlier quote and essentially doubled the costs - again with no explanation. It was clear they didn’t want our business and Im still baffled as to the why. All worked out though - we took our substantial business elsewhere and we had excellent service thru the other company that will now service all our needs and get all of our referrals. Do yourself a favor and cross Pure Plumbing off your list if you dont want to waste your time- highly unprofessional and unethical.

Mr. Rooter was my 5th or 6th call on a Saturday late afternoon when the plumbing started backing up. They were the only ones who could get out the same night. They got me scheduled, I received a call from Matthew Gilberg, the plumber who responded, shortly thereafter providing me a very accurate estimated time of arrival. He got in, found the problem, and got it cleared. Very fast and friendly response on a weekend and no need for a hotel stay! Thank you Matthew!

Jimmy Rayo and his crew did an excellent job cleaning out 20+ years of filth. They were professional and got right to work. He even cleaned the grease off a vent that was in the kitchen. Highly recommend this company.

Our water heater was replaced and correctly installed. There had been errors in the previous installation. Also, Justin, rebuilt the platform that the water heater sits on. He did a thorough & complete installation. We are very grateful for his experience, knowledge & professionalism.
