Best New Construction/Remodel in Dallas TX

Do no use this company under any circumstances! We needed our tankless heater repaired and hoped they'd be able to assist. We were told that they could not tell what was broken until each part that was identified was replaced and the system was powered up. Ok. I get that. The issue we had was that they were charging us $299 every time they came out! Seriously! So, we paid $89 the first trip and $599 the second trip for the first part to be replaced and labor only to be told that another part was broken. We were charged $299 the next time they came out to change that part only to be told AGAIN that another part was broken. We were discouraged but figured this should be it! They came back and replaced that part, but guess what? Yep, another part was broken. So after paying them $1,286 we still had no hot water at our shop! We were told that to replace the tankless we would run about $5600! We had enough! We called another plumber and got the tank replaced and installed for $2,489 out the door! Do yourself a favor and skip Public Service Plumbers at the risk of wasting a significant amount of money and time!

The technicians and employees at Dallas Plumbing are professional and easy to work with. My technician was great, he explained everything, was on time, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.Dealing with the employees at the parent company, Air Pros, was very dissatisfying and frustrating. So much so, I almost went with another company even though I had already paid for half of my service. It’s unfortunate that Air Pros bought so many companies they can’t deliver decent customer service.

Technician was very personable and professional; and he also provided the data of what I needed done to service my unit.

Scott was very very knowledgeable and explained everything fully. Spoke to me for about 15-30 minutes and answered all my questions and concerns fully and without hesitation. Scott and his helper went all over our home and all over the attic and made sure there were no other gas leaks besides the one from the house to the gas meter. Good quality knowledgeable service, that’s what you get when you call NTX plumbing!

In the desperate of need my main water line busted. I looked on Craigslist this is the 1st one and I looked around the gave me the same quote . Long story short the gentleman came in and nailed it awesome clean cut job my wife an I ty so much

I called to have them to investigate a water leak under the camp. I didn't hear from them the day of, which I expected to based on the conversation I had with them, so I called the next morning. I was told that there was a leak but they couldn't see it and they had bigger fish to fry than to try to repair the water leak under the camp. They said the clearance under the camp was too small to get in and when questioned, stated that they didn't even really look because their opinion was that the camp had to be jacked up to get to it. He eventually said it was a safety issue, which if that's true, I can understand, but it wasn't what they started with. So I guess if you're plumbing problem isn't big enough, don't expect any help from this company.

I have been using J National for years at many of our properties and they always do an excellent job. They never overcharge us for anything and they come to fix our problems when we ask them to.
