Tammy from Reeves Family Plumbing, cancelled my (2nd attempted) appointment that was set up in a week in advance. She stated that they will look to come between the time window of 12pm-3pm. She called me around 11:15 and left a voicemail that if I do not call her back in 10 minutes that she was going to cancel my appointment. I did not realize she called until 12:00pm and that's when I called her back. That's when she told me that they still moved on from my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning but that does not work for me as I am off today which is why it was scheduled for today. In the future, maybe try giving a call the day before and let the customer know that you have a specific time they should expect your services. Do not call an hour before your range and expect someone to be free and waiting on your call and give them an ultimatum.Last week my 1st attempted appointment had the same window of time (12pm -3pm) frame and their ETA was 3:30 pm.Based on the reviews I was really excited about doing business with this company, but it seems they have scheduling issues and customer service is not expected to resolve such an easy matter.

Jose was at my doorstep only two hours after I reached out to him and a major project replacing all of the cast iron pipes under our home with PVC was underway the very next day. Very professional team of plumbers and plumber apprentices. They quickly found our leak, quoted a couple of repair options and made the repair. They took extra care in covering the repair area with plastic and cleaned up nicely when finished.

I had a list of plumbing to-do's that had accumulated after a remodel. 30 minutes after I called them, my house was swarming with various teams from Baker Brothers, all highly knowledgeable and easy to get along with. I had recently installed a plumbing system not typical in residential applications to strengthen the house during Dallas winters with the instability of Oncor and they were unfazed in making the proposed modifications and taking care of the needed maintenance items. Great groups of guys all around. Highly recommend.

The good news. The bad news. The worst news.I'll start with ....Bad news: They have a very dishonest plumber named John working for them. Last year, we had this company come and do some work at our house. He spent all day at the house basically doing nothing and charged us $1000 and he wanted to come back the next day to do more work and charge us more money. The funny thing is, he never figured out what was wrong.(We ended up hiring a different company and they did a wonderful job!)The good news: They have excellent customer service representatives answering their calls and scheduling appointments. The two women I talked to were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful.Prior to my encounter with John, I met another plumber named Dwayne, who was very professional and did his job in a timely manner. No fuss, no frills. Just get in and get out. I didn't think anything bad about the company. So why not make a follow up appointment right?Wrong....!!!The worst news: So after my experience with John, I tried to reach out to Flow Plumbing (several times) to try to talk to them about what happened. Nothing happened. No call back. Nothing. All I heard were the sounds of crickets!I'm actually glad this happened because if it didn't, we wouldn't have found the company that we hired and loved! I guess things happen for a reason.

I recently bought a house and needed some major sewer and plumbing repairs. Queen and her team were very professional and responsive. Donny, the lead for work was super communicative throughout the process which was greatly appreciated. The work done was excellent and they addressed a couple of small issues that were not related to the pipe work. I highly recommend HER Plumbing and I will definitely use this group for any plumbing work I need in the Dallas-Fort Worth area going forward.

I have used them multiple times for plumbing issues with my home and at my place of business. They are efficient and great to work with.

They came out about 2 hours after I contacted them about a clogged sink. It took them about 45min -1hr to get it unclogged and operable. The workers were knowledgeable and respectful.
