the work was done well. Karl the owner is rude. I stated the guy charged for longer than he was there and Karl said my guy wouldn't do that. Would use someone else next time.

Had a scare and thought I had punctured a gas line. Chase came out and checked it within the hour on a Saturday. Ended up being ok and I didn't actually do damage. Thanks for coming out on a weekend.

Asked them to come repair leaking faucet. He asked to see water heaters although nothing was wrong with it. Gave me a sales pitch that one of them is old and they can sell me new one. And then said they can't repair the faucet because they do not do that.After he left I realized he turned off both of my water heaters! and forgot to turn them back on. Now i am sitting with no hot water in the house. And I do not know how to turn it back on. Calling them about it, but they haven't dispatched someone.

The tech Johnathon was one of the most curtious & competent techs I've ever had in my home. He diagnosed the issue, had the part in the truck and my issue was fixed within the hour.
